    Clean room .. Nice touch was a printed welcome note .. And flowers and sweet to welcome. Asked for an extra bed but was not provided fir all 3 nights despite askung every day. Messed up a return taxi booking .. Had a new receptionist on his own who was clueless Valerie was a very good receptiionust
