yanni j.partnerSep 14, 2022 We stayed a few days there and the location was not the best but during makeup room, there is the occasion of no toilet paper top up, called the only reception number for like 30 times and nobody picked up, during checking out, didn't ask about the staying experience

Quite ok for a short family stay
Nicely located, surprisingly quiet hotel. In a rush hour check-in the personnel was not able to organize the crowd into covid-safe distances and did not request / remind guests to wear masks. Breakfast was not organized in time slots so it was crowded although we especially asked about the expected popular times to avoid crowd. People were confused about "traffic" in the buffet breakfast area, but personnel very friendly advised those who tried to swim against the current.
Most hotels do not clean the rooms nowadays if you stay a few days - here they did at least empty the bins and change towels put on the floor, which was really nice for a change.
The location near the harbour was perfect when thinking about our actual destination - the island of Viikinsaari 20 minutes' boat trip away
verified t.selfApr 04, 2021 The room was tidy and the staff was nice! The view outside the window (room 653) was a bit boring but i guess you can get better views with extra money. The air conditioning was initially set up to very high temperature (22°c) but luckily there was an option to alter it on the control panel. The barhroom was really nice, extra points for the floor heating! The breakfast was ok and i liked how they took into account the prevailing covid-situation. 4/5 stars, would stay again!
Very helpful staff, nice and quiet location. A part of the wall separating the bathroom and the room was glass, so when the lights are switched on in the bathroom, that disturbs those resting in the room.
Also, it would be fair to mention that although there's a gym in the hotel building, it's not a part of the hotel services, and one has to pay for that extra.
Staff were very helpful and all spoke good english. Very convenient location for the city centre.
Käytämme hotellia sen sijainnin ja hinnan vuoksi. Siisti vaikka vähän vanhanaikainen. Riittävä aamupala.
Tyttären kanssa kulttuurimatkalla
Vastaanoton palvelu erittäin hyvää. Vedenkeitintä lämmittäessä tuli palaneen muovin hajua. Maitokaakao hyvää! Sänky vähän kova. Kattava aamiainen, mutta ruuhkaa oli ja kahvin saanti takkuili.

Ystävällinen ja avulias palvelu
Todella ystävällinen ja avulias palvelu. Yövyimme mieheni kanssa kaksi yötä ja saimme tullessa huoneemme hieman aiemmi joka oli mahtava juttu. Hotellin ravintolassa hyvää ruokaa ja myös todellakin asiantuntevaa palvelua niin aamupalalla kuin illallisella.
Siisti moderni huone, aamupalalla jokaiselle jotain, näppärä pysäköinti ja suunnitelmiimme nähden sijainti hyvä.
3 tähden tasoinen hotelli hyvällä sijyyhkpainnilla
Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut vartalovoidetta eikä paperipyyhkeitä, olettaisi näiden aina kuuluvan varustukseen.
Todella mukava hotelli ja hyvä henkilökunta!
Huone siisti, ilmastointi pitää häiritsevää meteliä.. ei pysty säätämään
