    Location is good but rooms are too small and old

    Never take extra bed or sofa cum bed, it is too uncomfortable. Please check the size of the room.
    Room was gloomy, also the extra bed was very uncomfortable very tight moving space. Cars don't go up-to the hotel so have to walk with luggage. However the location is good with lot of food joints and a mall close by. Reception staff was very helpful.

    Small rooms & not a very helpful staff

    Not a very helpful staff. Rooms were too small compared to high tariffs. No room service available. Not fit for a holiday. I would not recommend it to people travelling for a holiday or an extended stay. Only for those who need a room just to stay overnight but then why pay for a 4 star hotel to just sleep.

    Helping staff and super location

    Super location. Heritage sites, shopping, restaurants all in the vicinity, comfortable stay but they should have cleaned the room on regular basis especially after charging a on the higher side. Helpful staff.
