It's very good location on canal very good restaurant are there on boats. Connectivity of metro is very walking

Location is near to riquet metro station so it is easy to reach from par-is est. Breakfast options were okay. Room heater was not that great.

The hotel is located close to major attractions. The area feels safe and beautiful because of the canal. Room is spacious but missing wardrobe.

The holiday inn express met all our expectations with its friendly staff, cleanliness, stunning views, and a comfortable atmosphere. The continental breakfast provided a perfect start to the day. I would certainly choose to stay again.

Unpleasant stay

Though we booked executive Canal Side room but we were allotted a much inferior quality room without any Canal view. The breakfast spread was absolutely poor without much of options. We had to move out for sight seeing and we asked for packed breakfast but we were refused. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was robbed inside hotel room and no help from hotel. No security, no lockers, no CCTV camera in hotel. Please dont book this hotel

Location had advantage of railway Station at walking distance. Hotel was very neat and clean. Room was spacious. Breakfast quality was excellent. Staff was very polite and helpful. Luggage deposit facility available at free of cost. Overall very satisfying experience.

Nice place for budget travellers

I liked the staff specially Pierre who was there at the reception. He was more supporting in making our check in experience great. Breakfast was average. Riquet metro station is near by, thus commuting becomes hassle free. Rooms were spacious for two. Would certainly recommended this place for people travelling on budget however tourist spots are far from this location. Rooms are clean and safe.
