    Terrible Stay

    I had booked this hotel with my friend for 1 night. But when we reached the hotel, we were told that we will be able to give you a room in our other hotel because a group has come. Rooms are not available in this hotel. The other hotel was 2 km away from this hotel. We were coming from batumi after a journey of 400 km. We were tired. We agreed. They shifted us to another hotel with our luggage. After reaching the other hotel, we came to know that the breakfast timing there was from 9 am whereas in grand palace it was from 8 am. It was not possible for us to have breakfast at 9 am because we had to take a flight at 10. 30 am. We told them our problem but they did not pay attention to it and said that we cannot do anything. You will have to have breakfast in the hotel where you are staying. We said that it is your responsibility to give us breakfast at 8 am because the breakfast timing in your hotel was 8 am. But they flatly refused. If they wanted, they could have packed breakfast from their hotel and given it to us. But they did not do that and we had to leave the hotel without having breakfast. Even though we had booked a room with breakfast. I would never recommend you to book in this hotel.
