AC didn't work

Everything was going fine, but AC in the room didn't work for a whole day. It was horrible to sleep the whole night without AC. Despite complaining this were settled with some basic advice only. They fixed it only next day. The technician said one of the valves was closed. I wish this was taken care of proactively.
