When we booked on mm t our billing showed 12pm as check in! but when we learn t that the hotel provided check ins only from 3pm and we were very tired. We showed them the booking and they accommodated us 2hours early. I know this is an exception and very happy that they made it for us!

Hotel location is good. Rooms are ok but service is below standard. Hotel refused to provide housekeeping services during stay.

Bell desk needed very badly you will have to take your luggage to room by yourself no matter how much luggage you have

Nice location and value for money

The location was very nice, close to a train station and many popular places in Berlin. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Overall, given the price, the hotel is very good and recommended.

Location is good but not great

The hotel is a fifteen minute walk from the Alexanderplatz, the main tourist centre. The neighbourhood is quiet with a few restaurants close by. Location is good but not great. The hotel has a no nonsense feel to it, with a business like lobby and facilities. It's not a an opulent hotel but has the basic amenities. It would have a four star hotel feel with no frills. We took the junior suite which really was fantastic. Had a good size and a great bathroom. The mint chocolates and the nespresso machine were a good touch. The room itself did have a five star feel. The staff was very polite and friendly. We overall had a good experience. Don't expect too many frills and if you're getting a good rate for this place like we did then it's value for money.

Very comfortable stay at affordable price

I spent 2 nights here. It is centrally located just 100 meters from U2 museum stop. Room was clean and trendy. Hotel staff were quite polite and helpful. We used the sauna facility .. It was good and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good food and ambiance

Nice place to stay and hotel is located at very prime place with near by metro and most of the visiting places are on walkable distance. Lot of Indian restraint nearby to have good food. Hotel breakfast is very good and good ambience, staff were nice, neat and clean hotel.
