    The hotel is in good location and nice stay. But there are no super market near by. Staff are very good. I did not feel the star experience or let me put it this way - value for money issues.

    Property confusion

    Alisa hotel has one main hotel by name alisa. They have some small outlet just opposite hotel and claim that it's alisa but no where alisa board is put it prominently. Alisa is 4star but the property opposite is not even 1star so they book you in 4star and put in 1 star. If you resist then they ask you to cancel but there is zero refund policy so you see well they put you in trap. Secondly in the hotel there is no number for house keeping so if you want anything just look for god.
