One of the worst hotel, staff is rude and room are dirty, no one will care. Breakfast is terrific. Worst experience

Room was great and at good location. Cleanliness was good, but there was no floor mats. Service is poor due to which i have to give rating average if not it would been great one.

Pathetic customer service

Property was good but the overall experience was bad. Staff says "no" to every request. Service is bad. After 10pm, we had to get the plates, glasses and spoons on our own from the kitchen. They gave them rooms on two different floors even though we had booked in much advance.
Location- hotel is at far distance from main ubud center. After 8, traffic and lights are very low on the road to hotel. Mgmt- i found it wierd that they check hotel room once you checkout, and they ask you to stay till it is done. It felt like we are stealing their stuff. Not sure if they are doing this only with indian tourists.

Beautiful resort and nice rooms. 20 mins away from ubud centre. Staff was very cooperative. I had a nice experience while staying

Note recommended there are many villa with the beautiful location in ubud
Property has no positive vibe. If you want to explore the market its far form it. And the location of the property is not much good its indide from main road and has narrow lane.

There is no any service given by staff and staff is very rude to everyone. No hot water in bathroom, keys of room not working properly according to price hospitality is bad and worst breakfast
Lots of humidity and mosquito in room. Poor room cleaning services.

Staff is so rude and not even helpful.. we ordered for food and they lied that we didn’t.. pathetic service… in room stove was also not working even there ice was chargeable.. they dnt accept dollars also

Management and staff are not so good, and in breakfast they do not have a buffet system, and the good thing is mostly indian stays here.

Honeymoon recommende

It is a must place for honeymoon with ambiance, and sunset and sunrise can be seen from the balcony, ask for floating breakfast. Staff is helpful for any information about their local. Away from town but worth the stay.

Hotel is very nice and the service people, receptionist very friendly but we taken with breakfast, for indian especially south indian vegetarian is very difficult, for vegetarian foods also ok. Ok.

Property is good with a nice experience. Location is in ubud away from any nearby attraction will have to go by vehicle only for any attraction point
