Nice property huge and good food and nice cleanliness the staff is very co operative very approachable to the seminyak square i think they have a shuttle service for that too

Encountered racism

You embarrassed our family that included a kid as well in the name of bringing outside food and drinks and sent us back to our rooms but allowed those from a different nationality and you even served them a plate! you told us that the pool closes at 9 pm but allowed others post 11pm as well in the pool. Racist much?

I really enjoyed my stay at horison seminyak. The location of the hotel was really good near the beach n market. The room was clean n spacious, really helpful n kind staff.
Property is good worth of money
veg food options are limited but except than that all is good.

Ramada encore - bali has grand pool - and very comfortable rooms. Though it is not located on sea beach ( one minus ) - this gets compensated for close location of several indian restaurants - namely satvik, shiv sagar, ganesh ek sanskriti - which are close by and specially attractive to indian food lovers. One special request for improvement is if they can add south indian idli / dosa and alu paratha / dahi / poha etc in their morning breakfast menu. Presently - indian break fast items are neither good nor sufficient.

The hotel is really amazing, the view is really cool we’re so close to the veach, also the service in here is really great, thanks to the hotel staff helping us bring our luggage and also explaining about the room facility and thanks to Mr. Hary (Front Office) for giving us the best room with an amazing view of twin tower.. Also for the breakfast is really delicious and a lot of option that you can choose and take as much as you want. Really reccomend this hotel for holiday, honeymoon, or even for birthday❤️🙏🏻

Location was little away from main market but they have free shuttle service to prime location, please include with breakfast as breakfast is just yum, they need to improve with providing early response as we requested some better room but rest all was perfect.

Zero payment option was not available at the time of booking. I couldn't travel to bali due to my mother's ill health. I furnished all the relevant docs but the hotel refused any refund.
