Stay was good great, but food was not upto the benchmark, and all breakfast was also cold, no live counters was available, we need to say to serve hot meal. And indian food was just like you had served, boil vegetables, no oil, spices, etc. One can't eat such food. Need to look into this for indian food.

Don’t get fooled when it shows indian menu and loved by indians and definetley don’t order lunch or dinner - indian food. It’s very very bad and roti paratha and chapati is equal to pita bread

Their service and all other things is good. But we are pure veg. So veg option is less.

Overall good place. Hospitality was great and best suited for young indian couples to stay and have breakfast in the main city and to roam around bali

The hotel was good. Breakfast was nice and hospitality was top notch. How-veer if you are coming night time note they don’t have much staff so you will need to wait a bit. The room was decent for the price we paid and have all the basic amenities. Overall a recommended place in budget.

Old rooms, damp, walls not sound proof, terrible breakfast insects were in the food, there were people screaming that they had got the wrong room and that the hotel ruined their stay. We got the right room and the stay was still terrible

Nice budget property. Stayed in junior suite. Spacious room. Good housekeeping. Aa the staff are amazing and very helpful. Decent breakfast and pool. Highlight is the staff and good size room.

Good stay in kuta. Breakfast is not good for indians. We stay in superior room. Ac is not good enough. It is near to the airport and kuta beach. Hospitality is also good.

The hotel location was at good place the ambience was good and the staff were very helpful overall experience was good just at start the room ac was not working but they send us the fan and after that they give the other room as they were available.

Great location. Just 2 kms from kuta beach and approx 20 mins from the airport. Staff at the front desk are helpful and attentive. Offers airport pick-up and drop-off at affordable prices. Rooms are spacious, clean and well attended by housekeeping staff. Adding a mini refridgerator would have been great. Compliment breakfast spread is great and is available from 5:30 am that might help guests planning early morning trips. Swimming pool by the restaurant is aesthetically designed, clean and open till 9 pm. Staff were friendly and definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room sizes were small. From towels to pillows and bed sheets, things are maintained with sub standard and not hiegenie. They highlight indian breakfast in their menu but it’s not prepared as indian cuisine and does not taste well. Since room rates are affordable, i think it’s like “you get for what you pay”.

Grand zuri has been a popular name in kuta for us indians but they have lost it out with unprofessional behaviour and poor and unprofessional quality of hospitality
