Three star hotel with old furniture, rude staff, food not good for vegetarian person only the best part is the area you can explore shopping and indian restaurant.

Pool area is good. Property is very good. Rooms are small. Location is good because its in the center and easily reachable to places. Service is good. Staff support and behaviour is very helpful.

We are a family of 4 and they were the best start to our trip here in bali. They had shuttle waiting for us at the airport and then they welcomed us. The food was good and tasty. The breakfast was also very nice and had indian options daily. The pool was good and well kept and the rooms were spacious too. Great hotel if you a family
The location is very good but the hotel has run down and needs major renovations. The paints in the room was pealing the bathroom was not functioning properly. The staff was not friendly. The bed is also not good.

Kuta paradiso is a unique hotel which swimming pools average, best thing of this hotel is balcony rooms breakfast also good

While the overall experience was good, the washrooms in the room was not proper. It was not draining water from the shower area resulting in water clogging in the entire washroom. Despite complaining, no one came to repair for 30 minutes part which we just left as we were getting late.

Nice hotel, superb location, good food & amenities
The hotel was located in a happening place with a lot of restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were good and clean, and the service was good. The swimming pool was nice. Breakfast spread was decent. Less choices of indian food items but was manageable. Many indian restaurants are also in the vicinity.
