There is some smell in bathroom, water in bathroom is not good, cost is very high. Amenity is not as per expectation.

Property location & food was really good. But the main problem is with the service staff. Most of the staff including manager were very bad in behaviour. Also very poor & slow service even after paying good amount of rent we were not given even a small water bottle on the day of checkout.

The Hotel is Really Good . Rooms are clean and the staff is helpful . Vegetarian options are less but they allow you to order food online . PUTU at the reception will help you with everything.

Payogan is a beautiful place in ubud, property is too big but secluded, ubud market is bit far from these. Also the restaurant do not take orders after 10 which in some case gets difficult for food specially for indians

Over hype and extra costly. The location is very remote with low connectit

Villa doesn't offer as much facilities as a 5* villa should. The morning receptionist is rude.

Villa food is not good for indian people. I am vegetarian and not found good food for us.

Maintenance is required urgently. Customer satisfaction is not there at all. They don’t allow local taxi in their premises and ask double for same. They were asking 650 thousand indonesian rupees for airport drop and same i booked by gojek in just 260000 indonesian rupees which i got just outside the main gate.

Property is beautiful. They have buggys to take you from room to reception/spa/restaurant, which are easily available. Food is good, especially we were happy to get vegetarian food. Breakfast spread is not large but is enough. The place is slightly away from the main area by walking. However if you have car/scooty, you will be good

Property is amazing. View from room is amazing. But the hotel staff service is bad. Delay in anything you ask for. Food is really bad. Had a very bad experience when ever we ordered food during our stay

Far property from ubud city centre and vegetarian people shouldn’t look at this property. Amenities and services was very slow and average types, property is beautiful but not maintained accordingly

It was a great experience. Everything is perfect and up to the mark. Voila maintained it very well and the view was really amazing. For internal transfer they provide 24 *7 service to us.

The resort has seen better days, its in various state of decay, water leaking, black moldy walls everywhere, the windows sliders dont work jammed. Trash everywhere on the lot dead and wild plants everywhere in the resort and the villa itself

Worst service i ever get in any 5 star hotel

Villa booked, provided villa are with toilets / shower outside room in open area within the compound. But there was no water in villa, reported to hotel reception many times but no response. Upon reaching desk in night time by walk, they took 1 hour to give another room. It also had next day water problem (no water for hours and then toilet flush was not working after water comes. Need to wait until 10. 30 pm to fix it after many calls. Restaurant served spoiled a loo para-rota (only indian food, staff admitted the stuffing was kept outside fridge and prepared new one. This was repeated again on 2nd day, on compliant they brought the same stuff by just heating it. Worst ever seen like this in 5 star hotel. No indian menu options in hotel. Breakfast is limited options only. Even 3 star hotels may have good choices.
