The property location was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The ensures that our stay went well. The swimming pool was very nice. The restaurant and bar was also very good. The food especially the breakfast was very good.

Property view is awesome, food and spa is average, don' expect hospitality from them, dont do pickup or tourist car from hotel, there drivers never land, enjoy the view for a day and you can leave.

Great location and best service We headed to Nusa Penida to celebrate my birthday, and we chose this hotel. It impressed me by its picturesque location on the ocean shore. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Agung volcano and the mountains of Bali. It was the perfect place to relax! Among the pros: Of course, the excellent location and seclusion. Great service: the hotel staff was professional and very polite, ensuring comfort and satisfying all our needs. We even managed to film with a drone on the grounds of our villa. We asked permission from the staff, they alerted all the guests. It's great that they care about the comfort of every guest! Upon our arrival, they decorated the room with balloons, flowers, and prepared a cake with "Happy Birthday" written on it. It was very sweet!😍 The room design is beautiful and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, all hygiene essentials. They cleaned while we were exploring the island, and the room was always tidy upon our return! I also want to express special thanks for the coffee machine in the room. That's great! The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment and services. There's a spa center, a high-class restaurant. Compared to other establishments on the island, the food here is amazing! We enjoyed everything. Live music. Affordable prices. In the evening, the restaurant staff surprised me and congratulated me on my birthday. I really felt special that day!🎂🙏🏻 As for the cons: I would highlight the road. There is a small section of bad road on the way to the hotel. But it's not that critical! It's worth it! The hotel undoubtedly deserves a high rating and recommendation for a perfect vacation.

Nusa penida is known for its water activity particularly for snorkeling. Location of this property is really excellent in all term from location, food and amenities.

Restaurant/near pool staff and mr. Suata are terrible person, they dont care about safety and are very arrogant. Pool umbrella with metal rod fell few cums away from us ( due to wind ), the staff kept watching and did not come to help to lift it up, they ignored indicent and continued to serve drinks to other guests without bothering about safety and help. Also, mr. Suata and his team were very unapologetic about their ignorance to help us immediately. They came forward after lot of shouting by me. Also, he was very arrogant and rude in his behaviour. The staff at restaurant and bar need detailed customer centric and safety training - they are not fit to be employed to serve. Take action immediately against them

The hotel’s restaurant is at 2nd floor and our room was on 7th floor. They do have buggy service but of no use. One buggy was faulty and the other one was just a showpiece kind of thing. We called from the restaurant for the service but it didn’t arrived even after waiting for 20 minutes. If you want to stay here either take your room near the restaurant or be prepared for the trek upto the room. Also the hotel has a policy of providing only just 2 small water bottles for the day

The property is very close to the harbour, though you will need to go through a little rough road to reach the property. The view is mind-blowing looking through the bay of the island. Awesome staff, feel like luxury is with you right there.
