    We were given a ground floor apartment not the actual hotel building. Ac was not functioning properly. We felt staying at an isolated area.

    Very basic hotel not worthy of the 4 star rating.
    Overall, the staff was a bit aggressive and try to make money off of you in collaboration with tour organizers.

    Very good Property

    Very good property around fifteen minutes from the railway station and tourist place. Very good hotel and very good service. Since I was on a backpacking trip so it was very convenient. Breakfast has lot of variety and was very good. Staff is also helpful.

    A good place but far from city centre

    The property is really good. But it takes 15-20 mins from the hotel to the city centre by bus. And since I was on a backpacking trip, it was really inconvenient for me as I had to make several trips to the train station. The hotel staff is friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean & good. My room was in the adjacent building maintained by hotel. It had a single bed, TV, and a roomy balcony. But the view wasn't good. Breakfast was decent but not many options.
