Stayed here for one night while passing through. One night was probably enough. Staff were very polite and helpful but the rooms are very tired looking and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in

Arrived at 3pm. Was a problem on arrival with the person that was meant to check us in not being available. After a wait of around 15 mins a lady from an adjoining office organised two key cards and took us up to the room. On opening the door the room smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. (We had requested a non-smoking room). We were then taken to another room which did not smell. The lady opened the valve on the radiator and turned on the heat pump. After 2 hours the radiator was still stone cold and no hot air coming from the heat pump. I went to reception to advise them. The same lady sent a man to the room to check the heating. He checked it and then went away for a few minutes. When he came back the radiator was starting to warm up but he was unable to get the heat pump to work. We were then taken to a third room which did not smell and all the heating system worked. All was OK until 4 am in the morning when we woke up cold. Tried to turn the lights on but no lights were working. The heat pump was off and the radiator cold. Got the blankets out of the wardrobe and put them on the bed. Around 7 am when it was starting to get light I noticed an electrical circuit breaker box on the wall. On checking, 3 circuit breakers had tripped. I reset the circuit breakers which gave us the lights, the heat pump and the bath room heater. There was an electrical hum coming from the circuit breaker box but after switching the main light on and a few times, the hum stopped.
Very friendly staff and a relaxing place to stay.

Good location, great if you have a car. Facilities for a lot of different sports/gym. Restaurant in the place and also great people there. Recommended!

Was beautiful surroundings, lovely property. maybe just a bit more management to bring professionalism up a notch, but overall a lovely place. Being someone in the hospitality business, I look for detail. I would make the menu in the restaurant a bit more user friendly, it seems they are trying to be a Michelin star restaurant and there is no need to try for that. Just be friendly and diverse on the menu. I would stay again when in Cannes though

Lovely view from the balcony, service was quick and professional. Very pleased!

The room is a little bit cold for the winter season and has no bath. But it is always the best location for the tennis camp.
Great view (upgrade) and sunrise made it Special

Somewhat challenging to get to it: high up the mountain from Sanremo. Bus service unreliable.

A nice hotel but the food was very poor
San Remo hotel

Hotel a little dated but clean, lovely pool and friendly helpful staff.
A great place for tennis

We had great difficulty locating the hotel from the map given. Had to buy a map of Sanremo. GPS co-ordinates would be most helpful. It is more of a sports club than a hotel. The room was large and clean but the furnishings a little worn. The setting is nice overlooking the sea and the staff are helpful.
Good if your young

Reception did give a welcome and responded quickly to our request for extra pillows. Also due to an unforeseen circumstance we had to change our night by 24hours and this was swiftly and courteously actioned without extra charge. The room was adequate, and very clean but to say the bed was "firm" would be an understatement. Gandi probably slept better on his bed of nails. Evening meal was very good and service from the male staff member was excellent, however breakfast was a different story. Absolutely appalling! The female on duty (who also served during the day in the bar) really needs to take a course in customer service and perhaps even how to smile occasionally. In saying that she did become rather excited when a few young tennis coaches came in! It will be good place to stay for sporting young, but could become a GREAT place with a few minor improvements.
Nice place and great value

The location is good, along with the tennis courts and surrounding areas. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi signal that is not stable and fast. But overall it is a nice place to stay and deserves its price.
Tennis club, no seaside

We stayed one night as a stop to another destination. Room was of fair size as we had 3 adults in a room (1 double and 1 single beds). Clean but strong smell of bleach cleaner at first. Too far from the center of San Remo whether you have a car or not. However, we got to watch a lot tennis (all ages and types of players). It is a community Tennis club (8-10 tennis courts). Not your place if you want a walk or a view of the beach. Equestrian club next to it but no real activities beside it. It was very difficult to find/drive to it so get a detailed map or best a GPS while driving there. Staff speaks minimal English but very friendly. Can eat on site. Fairly priced.
Tennis club with a few rooms for guests!

Hard to find, even with gps navigation but this B&B has a warm inviting atmosphere with great restaurant service. I must say that one of the cleaning ladies was rather rude after failing to check out precisely at 11am but otherwise we had a great stay. Very spotty wifi using my iphone.
Nice budget hotel absolutely worth the money

The hotel is in a quiet place not far from Sanremo downtown. Free parking accessible on level with the room entrances makes it very convenient if you have a car. Nice view, fresh and healthy environment, big rooms, kind personnel. Overall, we had a nice stay for a reasonable price.
Tennis and Horseback Heaven on the Riviera

This is a small hotel of 10 rooms, a restaurant and athletic club with a fantastic view high over the Med. It is primarily a year-round tennis club used by several hotels and a world-class tennis academy. They have 10 courts, clay, hard and synthetic grass, plus a neighboring tennis academy of 4 more courts. Immediately adjacent is also a large well equipment horse riding center and academy. The only drawback is it is high on the hill and a long walk to the town and beaches. The beaches are typical Mediterranean, beautiful water but rocky / pebbles with people packed like sardines. The town has lots of history and a large casino as well as a large marina and whale watching tour boat. Very close to Monaco and Nice if you get bored.
Sportsclub rather than hotel

The hotel was ok, rooms were clean, beds were hard, refrigerator in the room wasn't working, the staff didnt speak english, the price was cheap. Something to consider though is that the hotel has extensive youth activity during the weeks, ALOT of children running around screaming around the pool especially.
not impressed

Good for tennis players but not San Remo visitors.
