The rooms are like cave, no access to sunlight. Staffs are rude. Do provide 2 bottles of water on first day and then don't refill for subsequent days.

Overall stayed one night. Location wise it is extremely good, 200m away from leaning tower. View from roof top is also awesome. Visit in the morning. Food joint is within 150m both side. Wifi signal needs improvement slightly week-er side, keys are old fashioned sometime u might feel uncomfortable. During nova end it is not so cold but not able to manage the room temperature well. Heating was so much i could not sleep. Breakfast was having good spread. They did not give fridge or iron. Although i did not those. It is 500m away from the bus stand. Outside restaurants were open till 11pm. Staff was good

I went there with my parents and husband. We would love to visit this hotel again. It is too close to Leaning tower. I also loved the Breakfast Buffet. Rooms were cleaned Properly. It was also spacious and beautifully decorated. Bathrooms were also cleaned.

Great location with amazing views of Leaning Tower from rooftop restaurant and room window. Good for stay if you are there for Leaning Tower of Pisa only, which is just a minute away. But rooms are really dated with very old furnishings. Need a refurb.

A very nice hotel. The best I have stayed in Europe. Has big rooms with big washrooms. All amenities. Excellent and sumptuous breakfast included in tariff and above all, very reasonably priced. Very near to the tower, hardly 50 meters and whole market beneath. Electronic lockers. Fridge packed but I suggest not to pick something!

Nice hotel, best possible location in Pisa, just in front of Leaning Tower. Indian restaurant nearby. Not much facilities in hotel except for accommodation. No water bottle, no tea-coffee and no electric kettle. Old property and needs ramp up.
