Very beautifully decorated rooms, easy walking to a supermarket and the Vatican wall. 10 min walk to Metro station for trains or buses. Simonetta is the most caring host we ever met, making sure we had everything and gave great tips for our short stay. It was great that we had an outside shared kitchen which we made used of, just like home! Thank you Simonetta, we can definitely recommend Next Stop St Peter to anyone wishing to have a great stay near the Vatican.

Everything was great. Best bed out of 5 in my trip. Super helpful with train information to and from. I’d stay again.

This property, Next Stop St Peter, was not clearly identified as Bed & Breakfast. This property was found on an Expedia search for hotels and its description did not mention its actual layout. This B&B made us pay extra charges (30€)for the person who explained their policies and charged extra $6 per person per day (36 €). In addition, there was no one on site. When staff was about getting a tour and how to get to the ship port, Cicitavecchia, she did not know.
Best Vatican's B&B for family of four

This B&B is very clean. The location is convenient, there's a small supermarket PAM right behind the block. The bus station is 2 minutes away, and the metro station is around the block. There're many local restaurants to explore.

Simonetta guided us in from the train. The location and room was clean and quiet. Everything was as advertised. A few minutes walk to The Vatican, with great dining and shops nearby. The train/bus was a few minutes away. We definitely recommend and would return

Beyond spectacular communication and always prompt to answer questions. The B&B is in very close proximity to Vatican City and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

This property was so close to the train station, and very short walking distance to the Vatican. The room was comfortable and Simonetta was very helpful.
Great Place, will come back

Love this place. Is clean, spacious and comes with a shared kitchen and a small dining are. The fridge is equipped with fruit and breakfast items. Loved the capuccino machine and fresh croissants. Simonneta and Cristina were great. Helped us with Taxi to and from the location. They made the stay memorable and guide us on how to go places. This is not a fancy place but is walking distance from most places in the Vatican. We definitely will stay again. It is worth your money.
Such a lovely property and wonderful host

Lovely property, which you can tell the host maintains immaculately, as if it were her own home. I honestly couldn’t find a fault myself. We slept really well, which was definitely helped by the fact there was air conditioning. A selection of items available for self-service breakfast in the morning, including a coffee machine which I was surprised produced some quite nice coffee! Just bear in mind you’ll need to have an arrival time in mind as the host will need to let you in and collect the city tax in cash only (which is fairly common). Simonetta was quick to respond and flexible with us too as we had to change our arrival time to be a few hours earlier than expected. She was incredibly lovely and not to mention helpful, also providing a booklet she had constructed with useful information for one’s visit to Rome. We would definitely consider staying again if in Rome (it was myself, my partner and my brother who were staying). The private bathroom within our room was exceptionally clean with lots of towels as needed, as well as having toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) provided. Very grateful to have been able to stay at such a nice place in a seemingly peaceful area of Rome. There’s a train station a few minutes walk away from the property, and for €1 you can get to one of the central stations. As I said to Simonetta, it’s wonderful to find a home away from your own when you’re on your travels — exactly what this property provided — so thank you again! Billal, Oskar & Yousuf
Nice place.

Great rooms and great location!

Great place to stay, Enrico was super responsive and helpful in setting us off to explore Rome. The room is great and super spacious with a great bathroom compared, which is super refreshing from being in tiny bathrooms in London and Paris. The beds are crazy comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after long summer days in Rome. The food in the kitchen isn't that great, just some processed bread, juices, tea/coffee, fruit and yogurt, but if you need to cook at least you have that option throughout your stay and the food stays available in the open kitchen 24/7. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the kitchen as a courtesy after checkout, luckily. It was also a short walk to the 64 bus station which takes you to almost all the important spots, which was really convenient, and ofc less than 10 minute walk to St. Peter's Square which was so convenient. Totally recommend to stay here!

Lovely stay at Next Stop! Enrico is an excellent host: helpful, a font of useful information, cheerful and efficient. He went out of the way to provide us with special treatment, even gluten-free items for breakfast! Conveniently located a few blocks from a bus station and the Vatican. A wonderful stay!

The rooms were perfect for our family of 4 and Enrico was very helpful on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Having access to the kitchen was great for breakfasts and we had a dinner in one night which was perfect after having had quite a few nights out. Many thanks.

The place was wonderful in almost all aspect. However there was clearly a water tank or water boiler in our room that will produce a relatively loud noise whenever someone in our flat (not only our room) uses the sink or the bathtub. Also, Although it was not the hotel’s fault, there was a church beside the hotel that will ring a large bell at 6 and 7 Oclock, which was quite noisy,
Great quiet location!

Excellent place, very close to Vatican, quick 5-7 minute walk. Close to transit which was a huge plus. We used bus 64 to go everywhere and every time we went to the station their were two there ready to go. Extremely clean, roomy, quiet and bed was comfy (and I'm picky), pillows not as good but hey. When we first went there I wasn't sure about the location but within no time loved it. My husband and I actually slept for 10 1/2 hours one night, that's not just from travelling because we travel lots but never sleep like that, never! Needless to say after a busy day of seeing Rome it was nice to have a quiet place to go. Enrico (I think his name was) was very accommodating with information and helpful with anything needed. I'd stay there again in a minute.
