Not as per novotel standards. Checked in and the room was dirty. It had bread crumbs and chips on the table and floor. I complained and the reception immediately allotted me a new room. But this room the ac was not working. And if you order food they want you to come down and pick it - to deliver to the room they charge extra 6 euros.

it's location is amazing 10 mins from MXP airport and they have continuous shuttle running between the airport and hotel so it's very convenient, staff is very good definitely recommended

This hotel location is not good also from mxp airport to hotel no free seattle service they take one way 25 euro so two way 50 euro per person. Better stay in airport hotel sheraton

Close to the airport and full of efficient staff, the free shuttle service to the airport was amazing too. I was there only for a 1 night, checked in late, checked out early as had an early flight to catch. But a pretty perfect Novotel Experience.

No food available after twelve at night. Not even bread. If you check in late you have to sleep hungry.

Value for money hotel, located on best place very near to Milan malpensa airport, staff very co-operative. All liked, good location, well decorated with all essential amenities just needed to provide atleast 1 water bottle free with each guest.

All was very good, food was quite tasty and service was really good too. The staff is friendly and cleanliness was good, the room had very much space and the process of check in and check out was quickly over ... No extra fuss.
