Average hotel in good location
The room needed a wipe down when we arrived and the check in process was a bit of a mess. They promote amenities that they will only offer you after you’re written a review and shown it to them - which was both awkward and frustrating. The stay continued on a a similar note. Front desk staff was pleasant when they were there. Location was great. Wouldn’t stay again.
Perfect location for family holiday
It was a really pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfectly located in between 2 big stations but away from all the busy touristy street. Has lots of food options as well as convenient store and supermarket. As it is around the residential area, there are lots of playground for kids.
Wonderful Stay for Our First Trip to Japan
This was my friends' and my first time visiting Japan, and we chose this hotel for its location near train stations and close proximity to Akihabara, which we were excited to explore. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Despite our exhaustion from the flight and being a little shy, they patiently guided me through the check-in process, explained how to access the building after hours, and showed us the amenities.
Our room was cozy but spacious enough for four adults, with everything—bathroom, kitchen, and appliances—spotlessly clean. The staff consistently acknowledged us throughout our stay, and any time we needed extra towels or supplies, they were quick to provide them.
We appreciated how efficiently they handled our trash, especially since we generated a lot of bottles. Every morning, we left it outside our door, and it was always taken care of without issue.
When it was time to leave, the staff helped us arrange a large taxi for our group and luggage, all while assisting other guests with the same professionalism and care.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It provided us with a comfortable, worry-free base that made our first trip to Japan even more enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
Hardly spent time in the room but there was more than adequate space, useful utlities, good location, friendly staff.

jeremy.familyNov 14, 2024 The property was so close to many train stations and is walkable to the area of Akihabara. There are also a variety of convenience stores and restaurants within 10 min walk. The room was extremely clean and tidy. It was also much larger than we were expecting especially for a Japanese apartment/hotel room. So spacious that we could have our luggages open on the ground and still have space to move around the room. We highly recommend staying there and I will definitely want to stay again when we return to Tokyo!
We loved the friendliness of the staff and their prompt responses to any deliveries or pickups. They made the entire stay extremely pleasant and the rooms were always immaculately kept.

The washing / drying machine makes laundry very easy. Hotel also provides free rental of Nintendo Switch Games; flat iron for hair and many more. Location is good and convenient to reach a few JR lines though you need to be ready to walk a bit

ileana.familySep 29, 2024 Size of the room may be smaller than what most of us may be used to but here is the good part, the city is safe and great, transportation was 7 min away to main metro station, restaurants all around us, back to the room, full working kitchen, washer dryer, bathroom was great, toilets heee as you know are a thing of wonder leaving you sparking clean and ready to mingle,, 5 starts for me
I liked how the internet ran smoothly and the room was pretty comfy there wasn’t anything I specifically disliked

Love the washer/dryer combo inside the room, and the hotel is about 10 min walk from the JR Akihabara station. Will stay again for next Tokyo trip.
Central location and 5 min walk to electric town. Lots of food options at a reasonable price if not great.
