The hotel was good though the room was comparatively smaller than many other standard hotels. Limited options in food could be an issue for indian visitors.

The rooms were spacious. The stay was very comfortable. There weren't many breakfast options for vegetarians.

Location 8/10, rest 4/10. Breakfast buffet had very limited options, there was no variation. We literally got served the same food for the 5 days we stayed. The house keeping was extremely shabby. The room was cleaned only when we asked to get it cleaned. One day we got very late from a day tour, and requested for plates and cutlery at 10 pm to eat the food which we had packed and were told a blatant no. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Very very basic.

Good hotel, place is awesome, breakfast is included and location is awesome in th hesrt if the city. Near to kok tobe, and central park. Highly recommended

The hotel is very clean. Great location and good views. We are travel-ling with family and took room with bed and sofa bed. Beds are very comfortable. Recommended for family.

The hotel is at the center of the city and has access to bus. Major of the locations are with in 2 km radius which is walkable.

The worst experience in my life i’m writing this review sitting inside hotel without electricity and i got stuck in the elevator for almost 15 minutes and no one was responding and its a surprise for me that this incident is happened from one of the best hotel group in world wide holiday inn express
Excellent! stayed for 4 nights at the holiday inn express. Found the staff extremely friendly, very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean, location close to restaurants and mall. Breakfast had a good variety daily. Downside - room was small. Would definitely stay again but book a bigger size room.
