    Stay in the hotel is superb. The amenities available in the hotel are perfectly matched for indian people's needs. The washroom has modern toilet seats, so no worries about jet spray. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby to this hotel.

    Located centrally the hotel is best choice in almaty. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. Lots of indian restaurants within 10 min walk

    It is a nice property. Comfortable. Staff were courteous. Checkin and check out were smooth. The place is convenient as shops and restaurants are nearby. Everything is in walking distance. Airport drop and pickup is available and no hassle.

    Best stay at Novotel Living Jetisu Almaty

    Novotel Living Jetisu truly surprised me. Very rarely do I have such a wonderful experience in a Hotel that isn’t a 5 star. The beautiful 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, had a breathtaking Mountain View, filled with modern amenities like coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. The location is amazing on the bustling Arbat Street, which has an amazing nightlife and filled with great restaurants of all cuisines and also close from all sightseeing places in the city. The housekeeping services can be better. Love the concept of no plastic use of the hotel and all utensils provided are either glass or steel and even empty glass bottles are provided in room to fill hot/cold water from water dispensers fitted outside the room in corridors. The 1 bedroom had 2 toilets and there is a sofa bed in the living room which makes it very convenient, and both living room and bedroom have two huge TVs. The buffet breakfast was good, could have more chicken options, but overall pretty decent. The hotel staff at the reception is very helpful, and service is impeccable, they provided us with umbrellas when it rained, with room heater when it got cold. Had an amazing stay at Novotel Living Jetisu and would recommend it to everyone visiting Almaty.

    Good location but average rooms

    Located right in almaty's center, this hotel's spot-on for exploring. The rooms and bathrooms feel very tight, not much space to move around. Breakfast's just okay. Great for location, but don't expect loads of room to spread out!

    Novotel living almaty hotel "i recently stayed at novotel living almaty hotel and my experience was quite commendable. The hotel excelled in terms of cleanliness and safety. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. There were attractive and comfortable rooms, good food and great facilities. The hotel's location is also in proximity to the city's major sightseeing, making the trip even simpler. Overall, i felt true self-satisfaction for my permanent stay with novotel living almaty hotel. "
