    I had booked with your hotel mainly considering its vicinity to the Nairobi National Park. I was right, very very convenient to visit the Nairobi National Park from your hotel and your arrangement for the said safari was great. However, it was really disappointing that your land cruiser vehicle did not have the wireless facility which is very necessary while going into such parks for wildlife sightings, specially since the trip duration is usually only for a few hours. The wireless system helps in more sightings within the short time you spend in the park. Your hotel is also conveniently located to come from or go to the Airport. Now coming to your stay and food, the stay was excellent. The rooms were huge and luxurious and housekeeping was very good. Thanks for the extended check-out time, but the normal check-out time should be 12 noon. Unfortunately, I spent only one night at your hotel and did not have the opportunity to have any meals at your hotel, but I am sure it will be as great as the other services rendered at your hotel. I will surely stay at your hotel the next time I visit Nairobi and will definitely recommend Weston to all and anyone who wishes to stay at a hotel in Nairobi. However, I must point out that I had a very bad night sleep at your hotel room, because when I had been out for dinner your housekeeping staff made the bed ready for sleep and sprayed some insecticide in the room. When I returned the smell of the insecticide spray was strong in the room and unfortunately made me nauseating and very uneasy the whole night. Due to this I felt very sick and could not sleep. Luckily it was not something very serious. However you should check with the guest before spraying any insecticide in the room. I actually wanted to complain regarding this to the reception in the morning, but since I was in a hurry to go to the safari early next morning I forgot. And later your insistence of me checking-out early also made me leave in a hurry and I forgot to complain about this.
