This Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is still in building stage so a little down in serving best to its customers . The lobby doesn't give a royal Grand Ion Delemen Hotel feel as its too small . The Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is pretty big almost more than 1000 rooms with building as high as 37 floors that too on the mountains . The best part of its offering is its breakfast which is too good . Indian, western, continental, chinese all were there with good variety . I would recommend all to come to this Grand Ion Delemen Hotel which is not very far off from main first world plaza as this Grand Ion Delemen Hotel gives free shuttle service from their Grand Ion Delemen Hotel to the plaza . The pool is heated pool and interior too . They have new spa centre but I dint get time to go there as I stayed here for 2 days only . Anywatys it was good for the price I paid . I got it for Rs 3500/- for 2 people .

Average 4 star Grand Ion Delemen Hotel for most of things. Rooms are good but definitely not the 5 star fancy Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. All the facilities are available. Smooth checkin and checkout. Good place for the people who want to spend time in quiet environment. Cons: construction work happening next door but not much of noise. Rooms are not sound proof at all. You can literally hear people talking in next room if you got loud neighbours. Pool side restaurant “oasis” was pathetic. Serving very low quality road side food in dirty plates and tray in 5 star Grand Ion Delemen Hotel price. Breakfast was average. It is hard to find grab to go to gen-tings highland which is 5km away. Taxi charge 40 myr for every ride.

The rooms were very spacious. The staff was courteous but took a lot of time in service. Also there was limited drinking water in the rooms. The Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is 14 minutes drive from the main first world area. You need to take a grab or else depend on the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel shuttle service which takes 6 rm per person. Breakfast was just ok for indians. One may ask for opting the breakfast at the indian restaurant - sagar which serves good indian food. They have a hot water indoor swimming pool which is really nice. The distance between the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel lobby and the rooms are very confusing.

Location of this Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is really strategic which will give you wonderful combination of natural experience and modernization. Excellent ambiance. You can feel cloud even you at any floor. Great space for each activities. Big and separate swimming pools for adults and kids with classic shower. Separate place for kids game, rides etc. Restaurants are too spacious. Pool side cafe has delicious menu with excellent services. Breakfast is having lot of variety even for Indians. Really fast and very disciplined services. Extra taken care by administration against the pandemic.

I booked this Grand Ion Delemen Hotel as I pimento stay in big comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms even if it's one night. And I got much more than that. Beautiful view from the balcony. Unfortunately there was school holiday in Malaysia that day so the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel was fully booked hence the breakfast area and swimming pool were quite crowded. Good varied breakfast. On weekends they have shuttle service to 1st world Grand Ion Delemen Hotel every hour which is convenient but on other days it's every 3 hrs. So make sure you plan for this. Overall 5 star property.

It's a awesome experience staying here in the 6th wing at the top floor, it's like you stay in the clouds, it's awesome, the amenities they give in the rooms are awesome, they have a small market outside the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel which is great, serves small foods also. The bus services you need to figure out the rest all is good. It's wonderful to experience, something which is unforgettable. It's just great. One must stay here, I would love to come back over and over again the view is just awesome.

It was a wonderful journey to Genting highland. It gives you an amazing mountain view and room are clean and staff is friendly. One another thing i'd like to highlight is that that they provide free bus shuttle service to the casino place. From that casino travellers can take gondola ride to main bus depot etc. Food variety is simply superb in breakfast menu. Overall a pleasant experience at the Hotel.

The ion delemon is a super Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. Extraordinary service. Great staff. Great place to spend one or two days relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather at gen ting. Little far from first world but the shuttle service free provided by the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel more then makes up for that. I would recommend this Grand Ion Delemen Hotel very much

Decent and spacious. Pretty good for the price charged. It's a few KM away from the main Genting Mall so suitable only if you have your car. Well maintained but dew chinks. Like, of the two bedrooms, one had a non functioning Geyser. it was repaired, worked for a few hours and then stopped. On the day of arrival, dirty bedsheets had been placed on the beds.

Hotel is v nice nd location is very nice room is also beautiful… but they have 7 towers the way to the towers r confusing entrance in 1st tower nd reception in 2nd tower… nd if u have laguagge then no bell boy is come to help u… u have to reached at tower 2 reception after that bell is coming without trolly he will pick only one laguagge …

It was a nice Hotel. There was an awesome breakfast. The place was up on the hills. It took 1 hr from kuala lumpur to reach there. There were 4-5 buildings of 35 floor each was there and 3-4 building of 35 floor each of the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel was under construction. Free bus service available to main market.

Positives: * New property * Well maintained * Good service * Great view Negatives: * Location - Far from the First World Hotel. The shuttle bus timings during weekdays isn't suitable. The last shuttle bus pick up from First World Hotel is 9. 15 PM. They need to extend it to 11 PM - 12 AM even on weekdays.

Fully recommended. They have free shuttle service to genting highlands every hour.

The Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is good and clean, a bit far from the main location but the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, provides regular shuttle services.

Hotel was good. Staffs are generous and supportive. The shuttle has to be more in numbers or may be more frequent as there use to be longer queue for theme Park specially while returning and tourist had to wait for Long. The rest everything was so nice and beautiful.

Room was very clean and tidy. Location was good with excellent views of gen ting highlands. Good spead for breakfast, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian . Very courteous and helpful staff. Overall a great experience. Would recommend this Grand Ion Delemen Hotel to friends .

Location is excellent. But far away from nearest attractions by 4 kms. Well connected by bus and taxi. Food is very good. Approach / directions to reception should be more clear. Reception itself needs upgrade.

Nice view of genting highland from grand ion

Good stay and tower number 7 got pretty good view. My room was in 25th floor and balcony covered with fog. Look the experience. Best place to stay in Genting Highlands with group of friends or family.

Good experience overall nice is little far from the main area but very good food and cleanliness and good staff . Indian food was also good . It’s just that too confusing lift lobbies . I loved my stay here

The property is new. So far well maintained. The attitude of the staff at Front desk and Conceirge were bad and rude. For them customer satisfaction comes last. This is what separates a 5 star Grand Ion Delemen Hotel and Best Western

It is a pretty neat Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. The location, food, staffs are cordial, the shuttles are complimentary and ample, and the view is great. The lifts could be little better as there is huge wait time at breakfast hours and check out times, but otherwise a good stay.

It is one of the best Grand Ion Delemen Hotel in Genting with great food. Many good Indian cuisine options and location. Comfortable and happy stay.
