Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang

This Hotel is a very good Hotel. Centrally located, the carpets are old and they give an old look to the Hotel. Rooms are super spacious and very nice. Gives the old room feel. But following issues Service is deplorable. We asked for slippers four times and finally had to go and wait at reception to get slippers. Time it took was 6 hours. Food was too salty. The restaurant does not have anything. First, they took an order for a platter. Then they called after 5 minutes claiming items do not exist. I asked them what is it that they have. They said everything else. Then I ordered a Seabrass steak. Again I get a call after 5 minutes that it is not there. Then I asked them, what they have and they said, salads and soups and pasta. Then ordered a coke Lite, they did not even have that and sent a sprite instead. Otherwise, stay was superb. They checked me in early by an hour and gave me a late checkout till 2 Pm

We booked FURAMA BIN TANG The Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang stay was good we stayed for 4 days in this property, the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang is in the city hence getting transport at anytime is not difficult (especially GRAB. The room allotted to us was clean and very good. The 3 things which can be improved are 1. Airconditioning quality (it cools well but the cooling needs to be bettered. 2. The rooms are cleaned once in 3 days only, which would be great if done daily. 3. The intercom calls are never attended by reception nor by F&B. The reception team is great except for one fat dumpling who was on duty on 20/04/2024 night duty who was behaving as though he owns the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang and yelling at all the people. Barring these few things it was great place to stay with a good comfortable clean bed. I rate this property 8/10 as it was indeed a good stay.

The Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang has excellent facilities and is located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city. The Hotel staff was very supportive and always helped us whenever we needed them. You get to see a very beautiful view outside from your rooms which is very pleasing. We had to leave for another city on check out date and we were having a very short span of time but the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang staff helped us in carrying out the check out process with few minutes. Extremely happy with their hospitality. You should certainly stay at this Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang whenever you visit Kuala Lumpur. Definitely a 5 star Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang. Go for it.

The stay was good with good size of the rooms. What i liked is the executive room had 2 rooms, one which can be used for working since it had a huge office table. I was able to attend work peacefully as if i was in office. The only thing which could be better should be the housekeeping services. Currently the housekeeping is done once in 3 days and i would have appreciated it if there was a daily housekeeping. Another thing is the buffet breakfast could be a bit better since the food quality was not upto my expectations and there should be some more varieties in the breakfast.

We had booked the executive room which had a sitting hall and a separate bedroom. The Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang and the room was nice. I had read some negative reviews before coming to Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang regarding staff behaviour and house keeping only after 3 days. But here found that the staff behaviour was very cooperative house keeping is done every day. Hotel is centrally located in kl and petronas tower, kl tower are nearby, 10 my r by grab. Batu caves were 25 my r from the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang by grab. Hotel and the rooms were good.

All it matters when it comes to classy stay is view, I requested particularly for it and it's a great stay experience. Property is in fantastic location where you can have a easy walk to really happening nightlife areas in Kuala Lumpur. Concierge is bit hard faced in service. Reception is really caring and can understand speak good English. You will feel an absolute silence and peace of sleep in room. Club class lounge and evening deliverable in the lounge were mark-able advantage.

Its good value for money however that comes with lots of cost cutting the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang has done. Eg there is no one to help you with the luggage when you arrive or depart, you have to get the luggage trolley yourself and do all the pulling and lifting bags yourself. Might not be ideal for elderly or someone with back issues. No water available in the room, they provide you a jug which you have to go and fill at the water filter near the lifts on each floor.

I read a few negative reviews so i was a bit apprehensive but i was blown away for the huge room i was offered for my 3 days stay. Everything was perfect. The staff minded their own business and the lift could only be accessed by guests so you know for sure that random people can’t get into your rooms. The Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang is located right across a huge mall which has plenty of food options so it was extremely convenient for me.

We liked our stay to the fullest. At our arrival we requested the receptionist for a room on the higher floor. They gave as a room on the 20th floor. We can see patron towers from our room. The aria l view was great. The gym was fully equipped. Swimming pool is good the breakfast buffet is really delicious. Everything in this property is excellent we have already decided to stay in the same property in the next visit too

It was totally worth it. Just 2 things: 1) There normal category room does not have breakfast option so unnecessarily you end up paying more just for breakfast. 2) Just a small set back for pure vegetarians as they do not have much Indian restaurants around and moreover a bit far from city center. But totally value for money as they even served evening snacks for executive club room category.

Extremely happy with the stay. Stayed from 22-26th mar'23. Rooms - extremely big rooms with clean linen location - very close to kl tower and petrona twin towers, with a brilliant view of the same from the rooms. The only con is that it's not close to lrt/mrt stations. Breakfast - offered on 3rd floor next to the swimming pool. The spread is amazing for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Pros: great value, buffet breakfast spread is good. Cons: closest monorail stop is 1km walk and it is really hot early in the morning. You may get drained out by the time you reach station. Bukit Bintang MRT, shopping and food street is even far. I would say, a Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang near Bukit Bintang MRT would be an ideal place than this Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang.

Value for money, it's a great time with the Hotel staff and rooms are very clean and spacious.

We had a great time at Furama. Location is amazing. We went there on honeymoon and was surprised with cake at our door. We booked the club room and the evening cocktail and dinner menu was delicious. Overall, highly recommend the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a good experience. Rooms are spacious, cleanliness is good and main thing we loved is location. Located just next times square mall and Bukit Bintang area. Love the stay!

Cleanly and disciplined service

It is a value for money stay, with diy option. Spread of breakfast is huge, but with limited options for vegetarians. Location of the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang is superb and. Very well connected.

As expected the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang furama is at a prime location for all shopping, public transportation and touring around. Provided us excellent professional service, staffs were amazing, food was very good! only negative we faced is room service hesitant to replace the toiletries once in 3 days too!

Although it's a 5 star, you will not get a feeling. Go early to breakfast, otherwise, everything will be finish. The location is good, nearby malls and metro station. Furniture was old and had dirty spots.

Overall experience was good. The Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang is located in the heart of the city. All required amenities are there or available at cheap price.

Overall it was excellent stay at Furama with executive suites room on 25th floor; executive club is awesome with complementary drinks and snacks from 6-8 pm. Centrally located with easy access to all transportation. Only they charge for extra bed for adult, is disappointment and have less veg food option in breakfast. Staff behavior was excellent, especially Rita.
