Terrible food caused stomach infection

The room and amenities were good but the food was horrible. After having breakfast, we had food poisoning and our entire day got wasted.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are very clean and specious. All tourist attractions are at walking distance. Location is great with twin tower view. Staff is very helpful. They have swimming pool also.

Hotel telephone are not working there is no hospitals from the hotel staff. Bathroom toilet not good. No hot water in the shower. There's no wheelchair assistance more over hotel rooms are very old they need to upgrade there's no bellboy assistance myself bringing the luggage from the room to lobby.

We had a very comfortable stay at furama. Their executive rooms are nice with view of kl tower and twin tower and high tea at evening at executive club is amazing

The rooms were very smelly. Wi-fi was pathetic. No complimentary water bottle. Staff is not educated properly about the process and charges everyone has different understanding.

The property was fine. But they don't assist for anything, for each and everything you have to do it yourself. They don't even offer free water bottle and inf-act charge you 3 rm for 1 rm water bottle.

Could not reach out to reception several times - used to not receive the calls, did not provide basic facilities like water bottles in the room, lift facility was not up to mark - we had to wait for a long time for the lift

Hotel is good, we booked two rooms and reached before the check-in time but they were kind enough to provide one room early so we can put down our luggage and relax. The check-in process was quick, wifi in rooms was working good. The only thing which i didn't like was that two single beds were provided instead of a one double bed.
Rooms not clean. Club executive room should have been checked before allocation

Location, rooms everything was good but service…oh god its terrible…no room service…also hotel phone was not working…our room was at 22nd floor.. for anything we have to come down to ground floor again n again

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
