Vary bad hotel. The hotel room look like a room in the one of the houses in the slum. Also the hotel is located in a slum. You can book this hotel, if you want want to experience slum life for a couple of days.

Location is very good and the receptionist is very kind and humble. But there are something is missing in there dormitory like bathroom is not proper supply for hot water and no very clean. And wifi is also is in bad conditions.

Don’t ever book this hotel any room or dormitory. Terrible expirence if u want a privacy and security dint go to this hotel nowhere. We stayed there 3 nights. Dormitory is just waste too bad toilets are bad even the people are bad there so don’t ever book this whole property ever in malaysia. If you want budgeted hotel just go ahead in central market area you will get better option. This property is just hell. They stole money from wallet and said no cctv and we are not responsible if your money is stolen during sleep. They allow their people to come in dormitory at night when all are fall asleep. Even next day we book private room which was more terrible in hygiene. So dint book this stay even if you are in group of friends or family or-else couple. Just search you will get lot of budgeted options nearby.
