The hotel is the best place to stay because 5 mins walk to central market and 2mins walk to bus stand to go nearby places like twin tower, glob. Morning breakfast is also very good, which was provided by the hotel. Furthermore, on the 9th floor there is a swimming pool and gym is also worth staying in this place.

Hotel is right in the heart of central market. We got a city view room and the view was superb. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. But other things room space or restaurant are average. A hot water system also not available. They suggested to use cattle hot water. I suggest only who interested in shopping locations can choose. Don't consider breakfast surrounding a lot of restaurants by walking distance.

Over all stay was okay. I was informed that there is no hot water facility due to some maintenance issue. As i don't have any other alternative i continued. In addition i opted for breakfast as well which is not at all good and it doesn't have worthy of the price charged

Property location is very very nice, everything is at waking distance but main negative thing is that, in breakfast only one vegetarian item and no other option so, vegetarian people like me has to face very big issue. And also there is hot water issue, they have no geyser during my stay of 5 days and their every complaining but no proper answer given, so firstly check that with hotel about their hot water issues.

Location of this hotel is excellent, almost every thing within two kms range, nearby two metro stations which are connected to every area of kl, hotel staff is very helpful & room amenities are very good. Pool & gym on top floor. Many indian restaurants are near by just 2 min walk. Very good hotel to stay. I highly recommend this hotel for good stay.

Rooms are too small and highly impractical for a couple to say !! The lady receptionist was rude and non understanding !! Staff was ok !! Room is bad !!

Rooms are small to ok. Location is very good. Breakfast is monotony with fried rice, fried noodles, toasted bread with jam, 3jellies, boiled rice, and self making tea/coffee. Transport is accessible through taxi mainly as it’s -600m to pasar sen i metro station.

It was wonderful stay at pacific express hotel. Hotel staff are very kind and supportive. Room is also clean and with all facilities. Hotel is very close to central market and independence square. Overall stay is very good.

The hotel is best located place in kuala lumpur. You can get easy access to klcc, central market and bukit bintang. Best located hotel at reasonable price. Good service and clean rooms.

Hotel is located at a prime part of the city which makes the transportation and sightseeings easier. Also this hotel is safe and clean. Have good indian and malaysian restaurants near by, highly recommended for tourists.

The hotel is in a perfect location, walkable distance to mardeka square. The washroom was clean and new. The only issue was the mattress wasn't comfortable. Other than that everything was good.

No hospitality at all no more one cares when you check in location is good it is created near central market but rooms are very non ventilated when you arrive they will ask for 10myr tax per day and 50myr as a security deposit
