The property staff are veg stubborn and cold. Basic things like water were not given beyond two bottles. You could not request for an omelette at the buffet and pay extra. Would recommend paying extra for next door continental hotel where you also get a pool and a modern property.

Overall best hotel.. Enjoyed the place.. Got all the facilities near by.. All Indian restaurant nearby.. Shopping complex.. Museum.. Little India near by.. Access to all needs.. Supermarket beside.. No need to worry.. If you select this place.

The hotel is very clean and the has good facility compared to other hotels in its category. I would recommend a 5 star for this Hotel. The free buffet was also good (good food for free). The staff at the buffet area are friendly and swift.

Excellent place to stay in Penang, All the attractions are on walking distance, neat and clean hotel, breakfast also good, but not many things for vegetarians, I love the Dining Area, its on the roof top and you can see the beautiful view of the Penang city and the sea ...

Room was very big, attached Bath Tub, location is very nearby from Little India, all amenities are perfect. You can take a cab towards Batu Ferringi beach. It takes only 17Rm to reach. Very beautiful beach and not so crowded. Little India cab only takes 5 rm from the hotel.

Clean and Big Rooms. Excellent Value for Money. Breakfast was good too and staff courteous. There are few restaurants neaby and bus stop is abou 6-7 minutes walk. Will recommend to fellow travellers. Don't expect 5 star but def an excellent 3 star

Room was good, location was great I. E. Walkable distance from locations to visit in gorge town. Sea is also veawble from room. Breakfast is same everyday. Bread Butter/Jam, Milk with cornflakes/chocos and 2-3 fruits are options for vegetarians. Non vegetarians have 5-6 options to choose from.

58km from the Penang airport and 20 km from railway station. Nice location and nice and lovely place nearby. And even it just walkable distance from very nice indian restaurant. Hope and nice value for money.

The chinese young man on reception Mr Young gave excellent service. The conceirge were also very helpful and nice. The hotel has good WiFi and a nice reception area where you can have a cup of coffee in there own cafe on ground floor. Room was very cosy and nice. Only thing was the karaoke from a nearby restaurant was a bit disturbing during the evening for a few hours.

Good hotel to stay with affordable price and decent facilities had a good time. However was disappointed with the food available at the cafe it was not up to standard and could have been much better.

Hotel rooms are good. Services are not as good as expected. Wash room is good bathing tub given in all rooms. Cleaning service not as good as other 3 star hotels. Shampoo was not there in room even after informing hotel staff.

One of the best hotel at Penang. Great location .. Easily accessible .. All museum nearby .. All things readily available. Buffet free breakfast service. Nice hotel to stay. Also can visit fort cornowalis and mall .. Lastly good place to visit. With UNESCO Certified.
