I was with my family and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities available at the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang. The Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang staff greeted us with a smile. Since I was with my kids, the room that was allotted to us had an additional bed. Most of the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penangs provide 2 complementary bottles of water and 2 cups for coffee/tea, but since we were with kids, we were given 3 bottles of water and 3 cups. I was really impressed by the attention to details. The washroom was clean and had latest facilities.

Everything worth seeing in Georgetown is a stone throw away from the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang - time is spent in experiencing Penang rather than travelling. Room service, facililties - excellent. Very much affordable too. The swimming pool is very well maintained. Penang Times Square is 50 feet from the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang. The famous street food of Penang is just walking distance away from the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang. The beautiful Penang square is easily seen from the room window. The staff, room, location - everything was great. The Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang had all the amenities, the swimming pool was great, a bit small, but the water was super clean. The gym was good as well. The room was great. The washrooms had all the latest bathroom fittings. The view from my room was great and it was very near to the times square building. I will book this Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang every time I am in Penang.

Most of the heritage sites are located nearby and the place is perfect for public transport. A few shopping malls are also located nearby. The staff were honestly great! We didn't realise that we arrived prior to the check in time. They offered welcome drinks and tourist advice with maps. Upon check-in they even called us to check that we had everything available in our rooms. I must say that we were very impressed by the rooms, they were of very good quality, clean and modern. As were the bathrooms. The location is good .

Stay was good & service I received was the best. I felt location of Jen Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang is good however sunway Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang service was at par. Adrian Wong from Sunway Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang is one the best customer service representatives. He should be a role model to all the service staff & managers.

We stayed at Sunway Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang for 2 nights. It is a very good Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang. Centrally located. Very spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Wi-fi worked fine.

Enjoyed with my family to stay in this hitel, near by lot of street food very tasty and very cheap and. Very near to time Square.

Very good location, just 150 Meter from time square. Hop off Hop on bus stop also very near to see the city and beach. 6th highest building in Malaysia KOMTAR is reachable in 5 minutes by walk. Direct buses from KOMTAR to KL are available. Indian temple als9o very near to this star Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang.

The Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang is located right in front of Penang Times Square. The Komtar bus depot is also at walking distance. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. They kept a deposit of 100 RM at the time of check-in which was a surprise. The adjoining street has lot of street food stalls which Penang is famous for.

The TV didn't have adequate number of channels and English TV channels.

Everything was good. Well maintained.

Overall a good Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang to stay at a convenient location. Stay here if you want to try local food, you will get it right outside the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang in the evening. Apart from that, the buffet breakfast was also very good.
