The property is very nice. The landscaping is very nice and welcome. When you enter, the bellboy helps take your bags up. There is no elevator in this property. There are 3 floors for the standard rooms. The villas are separate. The room was nothing special. It had a musty smell and the beds were very hard. Not comfy at all. It got the job done but it’s pretty far from the center walking. Overall the grounds were nice but the basic double room could have been better.

It’s a little far from the centre but if you have a car, it’s super easy not very walkable, but there is a free shuttle to the centre free parking restaurant on site area makes you feel very safe. The rooms were clean a little outdated, but the view from the balcony was 10 out of 10.

Todo una hospitalidad excelente
The property in general is in good condition. The only thing I didn't like is that the room 302 smelled bad like the sewer was not working properly. I had to leave the windows open to be able to breath. Distance from old town and local atractions is kinda far.
Todo excelente. Solo tuvimos inconveniente con el aire acondicionado. Mientras estaba prendido tiraba mucha agua.
This place is my go to hotel in Oaxaca. I’ve stayed other places and regret it. Staff is great. The views are out of this world. The kids love the pool! This is where my wedding party stayed when I got married. We had a blast. I can’t wait to go back for another visit!

Good open space hotel rooms are ok, hotel is close to a Main Street 6 minutes away from zocalo very safe, good security hotel. Good service at bar but drinks a little too pricey for the place.

erik.family_with_childrenAug 10, 2024 The property was nice and fairly clean, but they have some very unfriendly policies in terms of customer service. I ordered food to be delivered from a local restaurant and I planned to meet the driver at the reception area. When the driver arrive (an a motorbike), he pulled up to the reception area in a way that he did not interfere with traffic or pedestrians. I was standing right next to him and the valet/bell staff ordered him to move 6 feet to a parking space instead of letting him hand me my food. There was no reason for this other than to follow a ridiculous policy that the hotel had. Then, when I went inside to request a couple of plates and silverware to be able to eat comfortably, I was told that they do not allow dishes to the rooms unless the food is ordered at the restaurant. After complaining about this, they gave me some disposable silverware, and said they do not have disposable plates.
As I attended to enjoy the Guelaguetza Festival, The hotel was very convenient of getting an excellent view of the fireworks of the event, at the convenience of my room. Getting easily to Oaxaca’s beautiful neighborhoods & downtown with the hotel’s transportation. The hotel staff, very courteous and helpful with wonderful tips, tour organization & safety professionalism. Very appreciated nice customer service provided. The view of the city is spectacular. Thank you 🙏
