The hotel had good infrastructure and neat spaces. The staff and food was excellent in their services. I must acknowledge their immense professional approach in interfacing with the guests.

We stayed for 4 nights 4 days, the stay was amazing, the staff was kind. However, during the checkout the morning staff disappointed us by forcing us to open our bags and claiming that we have taken away a pair of slippers from their room. The behaviour of the lady manager was totally disrespectful and insulting. Hope they train their morning staff well from the next time.

This hotel is the best place to stay. Clean and tidy rooms, awesome food, friendly staff. Especial mention to the staff personnel who served us late night dinner - he has been very accommodating

Very good hotel staff of front desk especially ms shreshta was so cooperative and provided all the info relating to roam around kathmandu food was good staff was also good

The checkin process was cery smooth and the hotel was very clean and nice. Got a room at the upper floor as requested. The water was a little dirty though.

Hotel room was good. The price is very respectable. All the staffs were very polite. Room and hotel reception, restaurant etc all were very cleaned. Food was also very tasty except indian food.

Property location is little bit inside so difficult to find. Room was good but water in bathroom was very poor, there was mud in the water. And sink was choked so have to ask the service boy to do the maintenance. In the night ac stopped working, when asked the reception they told me technician is repairing the ac in the night. What was the worst, the behavior of reception girl when i checked out on 2nd day. She was rude and asked me to wait until l they check my room. Her voice tone was suspecting as if i am stealing something. She didn't allow me to put my luggage in my vehicle. It was humiliating that i have to put my mobile phone as a security deposit just for loading my luggage into the car. I can tolerate little bit gap in room quality but not humiliation. Do they think indians arw thieves? make my trip and management of the hotel need to look into it and take strict action.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
