Worst experience, they have shifted to another hotel and they charged extra inr 2000. Just making fool by using mmt. No safety, no proper staff to handle.

Pros: staffs are cooperative. Good location, very closer to pasupatinath temple and airport. Provides parking facility. Staffs understand hindi. Cons: booked for 3 person rooms, not so spacious, smaller beds, not very much clean. Bathroom infra needs to improve. Based of n price paid, i would rate this as average, not so good or bad.

Excellent service with very cooperative staff. Good experience. Beautiful presentation of food. They served what we demand as it is. If not even in the menu. Must try it.

I would like to inform you that this not a hotel, this is a dharamsala, but everything is good, food very tasty and hotel service and staff behaviour very good. Staff name pathak is very humble and excellent

Bed are not good condition ac is not working the house keeping is also not team is also not hearing our problems so i need my money back

Many problems are there
the. Ac is not working after saying at reception to to 3 times they have solved. The bed is not in good condition and the bedsits are dirty and blanket also the room is also not in good condition. So i want my money back and i was not able to stay at that room so i checked out at 4pm o clock. So kindly refund my money asap.

It’s very good hotel also very near to pasupatinath hotel just walking distance beside hotel. Breakfast is very good and also good quality is good as well. Life to visit and stay this hotel again. Neatest to pashupatinath

This hotel is the best due to its location and food. Its at a 15 min walk from airport and right opposite to the south gate of pashupatinath temple. Its only 2 stories high so comfortable for people who don't want to climb the stairs much. Food was amazing. One must try their momos and thukpa. We tried most of their veg food and it was all delicious.

I visited the kathmandu with my friend. We have booked a ac room but the ac was not working. , we ask the manager for, he doesn't listen. Room, beds and towels was dirty, small insect were moving in the room. The hotel shows 2*but it is just like a lodge. Cleanness of hotel is very very poor. The food qualities was very poor we used there food once only. I do-not recommend to any one to stay there. Ram gopal singh datral dated 02. 08. 2022

It's self-contained hotel having all facilities for tourists mr pravin girl is running it very nicely, staff is very good and expert in there job
