Becauee of the flood in kathmandu we got stuck there and couldnt reach the hotel, our phones were dead and we couldn’t inform the hotel people. Once we reached there instead of showing some respect and sympathy hotel owner asked us to pay for next day booking and previous booking got cancel-led and we got no refund. Thanks for makemytrip for not cooperating and showing no signs of sympathy for the flood rescued people! literally shameful. I want full refund of the booking of shreesu hotel from 27-28th september 2024

The food test is good locations. This is a famous area in kathmandu and the staff & services are very good
