Best 7 days spent in KTM, thanks to the hospitality at Vivanta - By Taj. Each and every staff you cross had a wonderful welcoming smile. They care to check on my stay let it me while having breakfast or dinner or just on the way to work. Rooms: Good, clean and well maintained. Staff: Courteous and helpful. Food: In-room dining choices are limited. Recommendation, do try KOKO Akari restaurant on the rooftop. They serve good food and choices are good. If you drink then u will have a blast. Good music and ambiance make dinner time pleasant. Overall: Good Hotel and would recommend my friend, family and colleagues for sure.

Property is situated at an excellent location which means easy access to transport and wide variety of restaurants. Staff was very attentive and cooperative taking care of all our special requests. Transport facility arranged by Vivanta Kathmandu was of great help. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of indian dishes and the staff was accommodating for any kind of customised requests. Loved our stay and would recommend this property for your nepal visit.

I went on a business trip and extended it to vacation with family. My son's first teen birthday was celebrated there and the hotel sent complimentary cake at 12 midnight. Hotel is located slightly far from busy areas and it suited us. We were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommended this hotel for families.

It was truly home away from home. Perfect in cleanliness, ambiance, and comfort. Extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to Varun who picked us from Airport and Sanjog who helped us a lot during our stay. We requested for a change of room and it was promptly done. When we didn't like the buffet dinner dishes, chef-made special food for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a great experience of staying in Vivanta! I stayed for 5 nights and the customer service of Vivanta was superb! Executive Chef Mr. Milind from Mumbai delivers sumptuous breakfast. Nice gym with a professional trainer Mr. Kishore! Overall a great experience and a must stay option for business travellers.
