Bad vegetarian food quality, poor service, not good location. Not provided transport facility, nor shift in their group hotel at water front

Property is good but not value for money, rather than spending so much money here, better go for better options and then early morning visit sarangkot view tower to see the scenic view

Worst hotel experience

Terrible experience with the hotel. Not worth the money you spent on the booking. We booked 2 rooms from 14th to 16th june. In one of the room ac was not working and despite our regular complaint no action was taken. The internet com was not working and we had to go 2-3 times to the reception to make a complaint. All 3 provided numbers were not picked by the hotel staff After that mail they changed our rooms but that was of no use. The ac position was still the same and in the last they provided us with a table fan in one of the rooms, saying it will start cooling in 2-3 hours. When we asked another fan in the second room, they said only 1 fan is available in the hotel. the manager provided the fan in another room also. The bathtubs provided in the rooms are also not functioning properly. The location of the hotel is far from the city and you can't go anywhere once you reach the hotel or they charge you a hefty sum of money for the transportation. Very limited opinions for the jain vegetarian and not worth the money. So you may get the property at cheap room rent but in actuality you pay a hefty amount of money in transportation and fooding. Also the service provided by the restaurant staff is very terrible. I need to remind them 2-3 times for the order or other things.

Comfortable stay

Had a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Rooms were well ventilated and had great view. Only negative point is the food. You have to wait one hour after ordering dinner and the food was also not up to the mark. Secondly, the restaurant closes at 10 so you cant order anything late bight.

The rooms were good. All rooms face the mountains. The service was nice. However, there was a lot of fog on the days we visited and could not catch a clear view of the mountains.

That’s nice property but during my stay no internet was working it’s automatic disconnect after 1/2 minutes the unique purpose to choose this property is to see the high range of himalaya but due to fog it’s not visible also

Good ambience, but no support after 7 pm. Cable only for nepali channel, hotel does not give food after 930pm. Does not help for taxi pick up. Difficult to find hotel. Too busy tohelp with luxury bus booking

The rooms are spacious, hospitality is good. The property is small, hence, you end up spending all your time in the room when at the property. You can watch the annapurna range during specific months, so if you are booking it for the view, do confirm the weather in advance.

Excellent ambience but we feel that the breakfast menu could be better. It should include something rice based indian recipes as the glutence allergy is very very common these days. Also, bandey items may be reduced.

Super location, you can see the complete annapurna range right from the bed! having said that there is nothing to do after that as the hotel is on the way to the saran-got mountain top. Hotel staff is attentive, courteous. Breakfast was tasty but not too many choices. There is a menu from which you can order hot breakfast options. Food from the restaurant was good swimming pool was nice but the water was ice cold. It needs to be heated ! if you plan to gaze at the mountains in the morning & relax all day this is the place

Wonderful time spend at the hotel with perfect location. The view from the hotel was spectacular and the access road was also good. The cuisine was exquisite with good room services.

It is nice property and views from room is excellent. Only problem it is far away from market and city. You will not get any restaurant for market near by.

The hotel refused the category of room i booked on mmt, saying they have received the booking from agoda, and the category is jungle view, while i had booked the mountain view room. They asked for usd30 extra per night, if we still wanted the mountain view room. I refused to pay, and wrote to mmt. The issue has not been resolved yet, and i had to stay in the jungle view room category.

Got full mesmerizing view of annapurna range from balcony room. Indian veg food taste was good. Room spacious with bath tub (i guess available for all category room. Property 3km away from sarangkot sunrise point. They have shuttle service to lakeside and airport. Overall good experience.
