The location is excellent just behind the lakeside only minute walk to a few a boat attractions. Only thing at hotel was poor the wi-fi facility. Water tap is not working properly asked severel times to the staff but as usual they didn't respond. Rooms are okay with city view. And decent space. Food not taste by mee but yes tea of morning is same as india. Pokhara is beautiful this is my third time.

Hospitality and cooperation was good though i was expecting booking of a hotel and it was a guest house. However, management and staff is nice and understanding.

We booked for himalayan inn 2 weeks in advance, yet they asked us to stay in another hotel-manjeel hotel and said it was the same thing. It is a cold place yet took 3 hours for them to have hot water arranged for shower, tubelight was not working, fan regulator was not working and there was no ac room. Despite several request the room was not changed. We stayed as we needed a stay only for a night and we had paid in advance.

The room was very good, The staff and receptionist were very good in nature and provided nice Service to us. The locality of the hotel was very good. The hotel and the rooms were very hygienic. The views from the hotel room was awesome. The room was value for money.

It's ok ok. The location is good. Near to few a lake. Restaurants are their nearby. Communication is good but very costly. To go to prithvi chowk, you have to spend 400 nc. Minimum.

Never ever book this hotel. We had lived without power for 24 hrs and the staff were irresponsible towards the customers and very rude in every possible way. They don't respond to your calls and intercom doesn't work at all

Terrible Stay

I booked 2 standard rooms for a night stay during 31st march - 1st april. However, upon reaching the hotel @9 pm i was told no rooms are available and even after the full payment was done. Reason being some bigger group has already booked all the rooms. After lot of argument the hotel staff arranged a single family room in a separate hotel. After a journey over 10 hours it’s an horrible experience. I didn’t receive a single phone call or email from hotel stuff / mm t related to this. It’s really unacceptable.

It was a nice experience staying here, the place was neat and clean. The service was good and the staff was friendly. You can also book tickets for adventure or activity in the reception itself.

No proper arrangements, poor hospitality i stayed for two days and had a bad experience, they changed the room which we have booked and provided a different room saying that only this one is available which was not a good one

Stay was horrible room lighting was not good hot kettle was not working. Even telephone was not there neither tv was not working. Sorry to say warm water was not properly available. No proper staff. All out was to be asked thrice. Need to go to downstairs for asking everything from second floor.
