Brilliant stay , very close to centre and train station
alex f.partnerNov 26, 2024 Room wasn’t ready two hours after check in, one pillow person only which were basically small cushions, no complementary drinks or snacks at all, window was hanging on for dear life when opened, dampness around window but other than that location is perfect room was small but expected it really and yeah if you ain’t staying in the room for any other reason than to wash n sleep then it’s alright
Perfect location, in the heart of Amsterdam. Quiet, clean room. We stayed as a party of 6 and was very happy with our stay. Will recommend.

was absolutely the most horrible experience in my life. There wasn’t an elevator or anyone to help take luggage up and down narrow, spiral staircases. There were absolutely no amenities. They required a cash deposit upon arrival which we were not notified of prior to check in and they only took euros and no other currency. the room was dirty unkept and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention they had absolutely no air conditioning and we were not notified that it was under repair for the entire stay. We had to sleep with the windows open and we ended up getting bug bites all over us! There was no safe to keep our valuables in that was usable in a very unsafe part of the city. Anyone was allowed to walk into the hotel at any time day or night, there were no safety measures to keep us safe.
Room checkin was at 3pm my room wasn’t ready till 5pm lady who served me and other clients was pretty rude other staff was very nice and welcoming

It is located in an area close to where the action is. Very accessible, however room is small for a family of three.

Stayed one night which was one too many. Noisy
one night between flights. Party area so noisy guests slamming doors all night.so not great if you want to sleep. Hard to find too/
racquel.familyAug 08, 2022 Whoever cleaned our room throw away a paper bag (snack bag) containing unopened cookies in a tin can, several bag of chips, half full bag of chocolates. My kids are so disappointed.
The location is very central! Close to the train station. Easy to walk everywhere!

it was single room and when my friend come and i want to upgrade the take more money than the reservation itself
Great location. Close to train station. Neighborhood bustling but not crazy like a few streets away. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Only downfall is no elevator.
The cheapest room is more of a "big capsule hotel" vibe. Easy 10 minute walk from train station, lack of elevator was awkward with bags.
