I liked that it was clean and tidy and the amenities were really close. The kitchen cabin was lovely and clean but had a bit of a musty smell. Opening the window sorted that. The place had lots of trees and allowed dogs which was great. It was very quiet though there were quite a few people for this time of year - lovely.
Instructions for the tv and a toaster could have been useful but also it was only a cabin.
Our suite had six beds!!!

Clean and well presented cabin, shared bathrooms were clean and inviting, kitchen was well maintained and felt clean, and the grounds were beautiful. Games room, playground ,and hire bikes well loved by the kids!

We stayed in a Caravan and it worked out great as I was traveling with my adult son so the couches in the space worked well for sleeping.
Host was very accommodating when we asked for extra blankets and pillows.
The property is old but well kept Hard to keep warm. Was a very cold night.
Staff were awesome! Very friendly with a humour. They even warmed the rooms up for our late arrival. Property was nice and clean. Would recommend.

Beautiful little dog friendly spot, we had a chalet that looked onto a tree lined area, was private and peaceful. Nice and clean interior, beds were quite firm but comfortable. Had everything we needed.
Customer service. Very tidy
Great hosts and warm welcome when we arrived. Answered all our questions about the local area. Gave us advise and recommendations re places to visit, things to do and an awesome Indian Restaurant, Spicer's Village, for dinner. Chalet was very comfortable and a great place to relax. Really enjoyed our overnight stay in Hanmer Springs at the Alpine Adventure Holiday Park. Huge shout out to the ladies and gents who manage the park.
Great place for my young kids to stay and explore.
