Tons of people go by the apartment to exercise, walk the lake side with kids, swans feeding in lake too - was a vibe, apartment still felt safe and quiet. Spa bath in room was cool too. Handy to have use of site washing machine and dryer available to use. Would stay there again.

fiona.partnerSep 03, 2024 The Hotel had an amazing view of the lake, which is why we picked it. The Hotel manager was attentive to our needs (no hot water, and sewage smells in the room) and quickly addressed them.
The room is looking as if it needs a bit of updating painting done. The linen on the bed had stains both on the duvet and the white bedspread, not very attractive. Also the smell of the carpet fragrance (possibly to counteract the sewage smell) was overpowering for anyone with sensitivities to smell.
Liked the spa tub quiet great views of the lake I wish I could stay longer to enjoy the outside spa pool
Clean and tidy, spacious, with unbeatable scenery, right next to the hot beach
Excellent property, however it was a bit noisy at night with the very high winds whistling through the outside levels. Unit was well appointed, clean and the spa bath was bliss!! Mixup with deposit made to book so was not very happy that it had not been processed before we got to the hotel. The Manager was very helpful in sorting this. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Was allocated a sepcial needs room. Basin in bathroom does not drain well. Old first aid plaster in shower.
Spa bath was lovely but unable to remove stopper to drain out water.
