I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. The rooms advertised were vastly different from what we encountered in reality. The actual rooms were outdated and lacked essential amenities like cabinets, a hairdryer, and an iron. While they do have an ironing area, it's not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to use, especially since the lobby and common areas are also not air-conditioned. The breakfast was another disappointment. The photos suggest a buffet, but in reality, they offer set meals that are far less appealing. While many staff members were helpful and polite, some were not as accommodating. I understand that the lower price point might explain some of these shortcomings, but for just a little more money, you can find hotels that offer far better service and amenities.

It's an aging property. The upholstery was torn in my room. The reception staff were friendly but the restaurant staff was not. No choice for vegetarians. Very average hotel. The close proximity to terminal 3 and 4 is it's plus point.

I will never book the Pad solo room

Pad solo room is too congested. I will never ever book this type of room again as it's too small. The latch of the bathroom was broken a bit. The location of the hotel is nice. I didn't have breakfast as it was mostly non-veg. Only corn flakes and milk are veg options available here. So breakfast is not of any use for the pure veg people. Though they give unlimited drinks coffee/juice during breakfast and if you request them to cook separately they do at some extra cost. There was no problem as such but the room was too small even for a single person and would not recommend it. Pad solo room if you need some space.

Good for short stay. Location is good near to EDSA mrt and TAFT Avenue LRT. Booked smaller room. Good for solo. Water is available in fridge. No jet spray.

The phone charging points were not working. The breakfast was not good at all. At 3 pm some guy just pulled the blinds to wake me up cause there was a call for me at the reception. They could have knocked or sent a lady.
Rooms were clean though.

Very bad hotel

I have booked the hotel from make my trip but unfortunately it was the hostel room (sharing basis) I booked, I have asked the agent to make it personal then she did it in quicktime but room was very small not even place to put your bag, m ko room staff was there to bring anything, but good for the backpacker as they have not charged much

Food - If you are a pure vegetarian you have two options. One is to starve and the other is live on bread and donuts. This is not only the case in this hotel but in the entire country. So veggies, beware of travelling to Philippines. Ambience - The lighting in the room was not adequate. It was a standard room but all the lights were like night lamps. Room had a age old Window AC which was making a grinding noise of its own. \Staff - This is probably the strength of this hotel. The customer service was really good and room service was on time. If you ask for hot water they bring it but it will be warm and not hot. Nevertheless, u will not get no for an answer. I stayed here for 3 nights and overall it is a good choice for a mid-rated hotel for a stay more than a day.
