Low staff, just a receptionist and a watchman. No bell boy to cary your luggage, no room service. This hotel is only about Location. 5 min walk to Krupówki street. The hotel is at perfect location overlooking the polish mountains. Service is poor though, there is staff shortage, i think. There is no elevator, so don’t ask for higher floor. Overall good hotel, but service is bad.

Location is Great, good rooms, they clean every day, I have been here twice & will go again. Zakopane is so beautiful like always. Nice ancient house what we don't see in the city's ... I wish I could stay here all my life

Great location, close to Krupowki street. Tv was no working, Excellent service and help from the friendly staff.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Krupówek, ale cisza I spokój. Tv nie dzia? A? O, brudna? Azienka I bardzo niewygodne? ó? Ka.
Bardzo mi? A I pomocna obs? Uga w recepcji.
Restauracji nie polecam, co innego zamówili? My, co innego dostali?
Darmowy parking miejski przy ulicy.

Nice for 1 night

Totally no advantages and disadvantages except nice stuff. Rooms are small, but quite clean. Locations is OK, close to main street - Krupowki. Tv was no working, bathroom eguipment was poor and I had a noisy bed. So if you are looking only for cheap room in Zakopane - Helios is good for you.

Good rooms, small single room, bathroom is litle biggest. Ogolnie wrazenie dobre, tym bardziej za ta cene. Telewizor troche maly, starszy, lazienka spora, czysto w pokojach, obsluga bardzo mila I pomocna.

Hotel Helios - Good choice

Great location makes this hotel easily accessible for everyone. Rooms have got simply furniture however there is very clean and cosy. Astonishing view through the panoramic windows. Excellent service and help from the friendly staff. Parking for a guests.

Very close bus and railway station. 200 meters from famous Krupowki street and nice panoramic view to Giewont and others peaks Tatra Mountains. Breakfast is buffet style, extra pay 20 pln. In the room is tv with local channels, bathroom. WiFi is free of charge. Every day morning time you get mineral water for free. Nice acomodation
