Hotel staff specially reception staff not helpful, needs alot of improvements hotel is good futher need cooperation from reception staff which was not provided as we requested for delay cheque but they refused it

Great hotel, walking distance to ha-ram and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and they do daily room service. Partial view rooms the see the ha-ram gates from outside no the kabaa

The staff was very unhelpful, did not get back to us even after saying they would. I feel they are inclined towards not being nice to many foreigners

Our stay at jumeirah jabal o mar makkah, near masjidul ****** has been excellent. The location is incredibly convenient for daily visits to the holy masjidul haram. The room is clean, comfortable, and provides a peaceful retreat. We are still at the hotel for a couple of days and are looking forward to continued good service. Exceptional service. Overall, jumeirah jabal o mar has provided us a memorable stay with its proximity to masjidul ha-ram and good service. We have enjoyed our time here and look forward to visiting again soon, inshaallah.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you just need to cross a 20 feet road and you're there in the haram premises. The best part is that the rooms have haram view and if you could not make it to reach for salah you can pray behind imam bajamaat as they've provided speaker in the room itself.

I found this hotel via make my trip. I have seen jumeirah hotels in dubai from outside so i thought that would be good as well but it exceeds my expectation. Hotel & their rooms were designed in modern way and the amenities and staff was exceptional. It is very near to haram must visit this hotel if you are planning for umrah.
