Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium

I was pleasantly surprised when i landed up in holiday inn atrium. We reached singapore at 7 am and after getting our sim cards from the airport (singtel $18 tourist sim which includes $3 for mart and bus - you can use the card they give on mart and bus) we reached the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium at 9 am hoping to keep our luggage there and go out. But at the reception, they gave me a room immediately and as we had taken a room for three, they gave us a room with the extra cot already there (didnt have to ask for the extra mattress. Breakfast was included though offered a room without breakfast. So it was a really good experience. The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has an mart station below it and bus stops all around the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, so travel-ling to any part of the city was very easy. The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has a swimming pool and gym on the 6th floor. It is really a good place to stay in singapore.

A very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn atrium. Stayed for 4 nights and must say since day 1 was very impressed with the efficiency and hospitality of the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. All the attractions are close by and the concierge helps you with everything right from the info on local transport, MRT, taxis and the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium also has its own shuttles running across the city as a complimentary service to the guests. Rooms were decently sized compared to other Holiday Inn Singapore Atriums in Singapore. The food at the Chinese restaurant has been one of the best I’ve had in Singapore and the atrium bar was icing on the cake. Special mention for Nicolas and Kenneth, they were wonderful and helped me with all my queries. I also forgot something post check out in the room and no surprise they have made arrangements to get it back to me. Highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium.

We just returned from our stay at Holiday Inn Atrium, had gone there to celebrate our son's B'day. Let me start by stating what a wonderful stay it was, upon check in we got an upgrade to the executive room accompanied by a cake in our room on the B'day upon our return from universal studio. It just made his day. And breakfast was such a lavish affair that we felt spoil for choice with Wendy being such a happy and attentive staff. After 2 days she remembered our special requests of hot chocolate for the little man and would get it going as soon as we came in. Son raved about Xavier getting his hot chocolate and talked about him after our return. Housekeeping was always smiles to our additional requests. Would definitely return again.

The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium and it's amenities are ideal for all kinds of travellers - business and casual. The staff are very polite and helpful. The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is right next to Havelock MRT which makes connectivity to every area of Singapore convenient. There are many Holiday Inn Singapore Atriums and restaurants in the vicinity. Our package included breakfast. The breakfast options were elaborate and included Indian, continental and South East Asian cuisines. The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium also has a good gym and swimming pool. We stayed for five days in this property and enjoyed a pleasant and hospitable stay.

One of the issues faced in almost all Holiday Inn Singapore Atriums is the element of check-in timings which almost always doesn’t work for you. My family and I (incl an 8 yr old) landed up at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium at 5:30 am while the check-in time was 2 pm. Seated at the lobby one was delighted to have the reception approach stating they’d have us check in by 6:30 since we looked so tired. That extra mile makes your day besides restoring your faith in the human touch that select few Holiday Inn Singapore Atriums offer. Our overall stay was great. Loved the efficiency besides just the size of the rooms etc.

To start with room view for 18th floor, spectacular. Room service great, room very comfortable, bathroom has a bathtub and all the amenities. Staff very courteous and helpful. Currency exchange at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium possible. Pool open till 10 and very neat and clean. Food very tasty tried Nasi goreng, pizza all cooked to perfection. Taxi available from the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium very conveniently. Metro 20 minutes walking distance, very easy to follow the trail. Great location as China Town, Orchard road, Clarke Quay all at walking distance. Hence, great stay and will definitely recommend to all.

Good location, clean and neat rooms, even though I felt there needs to be more lighting. Very good staff I went there without an international roaming number or internet pack. But to my surprise Holiday Inn had upgraded my room and provided a hand phone (they call it handy) with unlimited 4G data and calling. It was the most helpful thing I had in our 10day trip to Malesia and Singapore. There were a lot of offers and online booking facility to all the attractions in Singapore. Most beneficial as I could skip all the ticket queues and no need to search multiple websites.

Location is really good. Walking distance from Clarke quay and River front. Plenty of good pubs on the river front ,where you can enjoy beer & dinner after a hectic sight seeing day. MRT station is bit far, 2 kms or so. However we were preferring Uber so not a problem. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We reached Singapore @8 and I called the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium to enquire about early check in and they provided us early check in Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious but mild smell of dampness at times.

I recently had a pleasant stay at the holiday inn atrium in singapore. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety, with flavors that left a positive impression. The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium's prime location provided easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. While the rooms were comfortable, a bit more space would have been appreciated. The staff's courteous and attentive service added to the overall positive experience.

I stayed with my family for 5 nights, Holiday Inn Singapore Atriums location and connectivity to mart is very good because havelock mart station is just downstairs the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. Plus rooms are spacious and up to the mark, especially breakfast we enjoyed including indian vegetarian breakfast. Overall it’s amazing stay and ambiance of Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were excellent. The location is a bit far from the nearest MRT station Outram St. MRT, however it would not be a big problem if you are ready to walk 15 minutes. However, there is a bus stand outside the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium from where you can reach most of the parts of the city. It was a very memorable experience to stay there.

As I am an Indian I missed indian food in the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. Also Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium need to provide at least 2 liter packed water bottle per day. Need some play ground arrangement in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium for relaxing. Missed Indian channels on TV. Also improve air conditioner mechanism because at night there was no sufficient cooling in room.

Pros: 1. Great Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. Nice ambiance 2. Amenities like swimming pool and gym were good 3. In house members can avail buffet dinner at discount. Cons: 1. Gym could have been better 2. Metro Station is approx 1 km away. Overall 7.5/10. Worth the value for money. Nothing to be disappointed.

I missed out some belongings in my room and checked out. Staff (specially Gavin) was really helpful to locate the missing items. Good food, amenities and excellent interiors.

Good property. Location is good. Breakfast needs little improvement. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff. Rooms furniture need little improvement. Swimming pool and other facilities are good will come back again

Hotel is located in a very beautiful part of Singapore. They were quite flexible with regards to check-in time. Ambiance and facilities are excellent. They also have shuttle services to nearby locations. Food menu/variety was superb and Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium staff were very friendly and courteous. Overall great experience and a cool stay.

The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is located centrally and is easily accessible. Excellent hospitality, cleanliness and facilities. Attentive and ever helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and stocked with everything that a traveller might need. Food menu is extensive and quite pricey.

Not happy with the way staff treat you. In case you reach early in the morning and check in time is 2 PM, the staff act very rude. Treating an customer is the major point for customer satisfaction. Rest every thing is excellent in the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium.

Overall a pleasant stay and staff was very helpful and courteous. Only problem is metro connectivity from this Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You have to walk Around 2km to reach a metro.

Rooms are above average but nothing too good. The staff is the best. Very cooperative. Best conciërge. The only thing disappointing was that there was not a lot of indian items in the menu including breakfast

This Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium is located at a very good location having nearby access to all sightseeings. Good property, very well maintained. Food is good and hospitality is good too. Worth the money spent. Must try for people especially travel-ling with small kids as staff is cooperative to provide indian food like prat-has etc on special requests.
