room is very small and room service and room conditions is very bad, their respond is pathetic, even my daughter cloth was missing, and they said they will email us. we paid extra per night and still that was not good. Even we put for manager request, and front desk respond, they will manager for this. 5 nights we spent like hell, piad so much amount and even they don't have manners to speak to us give us good service. what front desk respond you must take suite for your stay when you are coming with family. for 2 separate bed I should take suite, 😴.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is also very helpful. The breakfast had items to suit the indian taste. It located close to mart and bus stations that made travel-ling easy. All in all good hotel

It was great the rooms are bigger than. Average rooms in singapore. It is very well connected to buses and metro, breakfast is ok with at-least veg options

Excellent location. Walking distance from the mrt. There’s a play area at the reception which our kids loved. Rooms can be improved. Our rooms were upgraded after request as the room provided wasn’t as expected according to the details provided while booking. Staff is quite helpful. The breakfast is excellent and quite a spread. Will recommend this hotel to others.

The overall stay was lower than average. We thought it was like a lodge where keys were provided but without services of the hotel. No one used to pick the calls and we used to go down in the kitchen or bar section for any things required. Will not recommed this.

Rooms are very tiny and definitely not good for staying. The pictures don’t cope with the result and is just unexpected to see the entire room is soo small that 3 people can’t even walk properly. There was no space to take pictures

Very cosy room. Good view of the city from the room. Extremely neat and clean. Easy access to the different areas of the city from the hotel making the stay comfortable

The hotel as it rightly lives up to its standards of being a 4star property. The staff is very welcoming, rooms are spacious, the breakfast spread is very good, although repetitive menu everyday but still good. The amenities on the property are good, the pool and gym are awesome. In short the hotel has a lot to offer for every age group. Only con i could find is that the room service come to clean the rooms only once in 3 days. Other than that thumbs up to this property.

The hotel was extremely nice and the facilities provided at hotel were great and singapore trip was worth because the stay was amazing, cafes were really good, restaurants food was crazy sweet and my sugar level was on peak.

Very nice staff, very accommodating. The smallest room is too small, and the pictures kinda deceive. But the staff was kind enough to help me upgrade to a newer room. The location is also fantastic with a 7-11 just downstairs for the midnight cravings. The only con is the lack of bidet in the washrooms

They have very bad policy cleaning of room after 3 days. Every-time we need to call them to change the towel and fill up of water bottle. First time we have experienced such situation where room cleaning not done on regular basis.

Just excellent. Stay, location, vibes all were too too good, 7-11 adjacent, all places within reach, room was very spacious to accommodate 3 adults, check in and check out smooth.

good hotel with good room. It's worth to stay in this 4 star hotel. As per practice in singapore no room service and porter service. Everything is self service. For veg, no food in hotel but amenities is fabulous.

Rooms are amazing. Location is very close to amazing restaurants. Walkable distance to cl-ark quay. There's a 711 on the ground floor of the restaurant. 5min walk to the bus stop and mart stations.
