The bedroom is on the first floor. Have to move up and down for every single thing including using bathroom

It was a great location and hospitality. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and reachability to other restaurants. I wish the room was bit more spacious.

Best part of the hotel is that is closest to the mart station. Room is very cozy and great staff. Breakfast buffet had good indian options as well

mrt station is just next to the hotel door. Big bus tour stop for mustafa center is just 5 mins walk. Mustafa shopping centre for daily needs is open 24 hours.

Rooms are very small. No shaving kit in the rooms. Both rooms were given too far inspite of booking on the same day. No tour desk.

We just loved this hotel, we were travel-ling with our kids, location is so convenient, food easily accessible, near mall, mustafa, mrt, temples. Rooms were clean, housekeeping excellent. Can't recommend enough!

Location is very good, close to mart and many indian restaurants. Clean room with bidet facilities in rest room. Bell hops services could be better no bell hop assistance at all. The person in concierge was kind and helpful

My email to the hotel before arriving was unanswered. The hotel claims that children eat for free, however when asked for food options for the toddler the staff asked us to order food on grab or mac and cheese for store nearby. They asked us to pay upfront for a small cup of milk instead of charging to the room. The location of the drinking water faucet is right next to the wash basin and wc which is unhygienic. If anyone sits next to the starbucks counter in the lobby the staff asks you to vacate the chair because it is meant to be occupied only if you are ordering from starbucks. The hospitality is absolutely horrible and the staff needs to learn how to treat guests. Never staying here again nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

I had my second visit to singapore. The hotel is fantastically located right above the farrer park mete o station making it extremely convenient for tourists visiting various attractions as all are well connected by metro. Rooms are clean, staff is polite. Location is also near to various indian restaurants making it even better. I would recommend this property blindly if you can afford it

20 minutes drive from airport. Hotel lobby connected to metro station. Breakfast includes indian food. Clean rooms.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The reception staffs were unprofessional and one of the receptionists came across as racist, speaking to me in a dismissive manner. Despite booking a standard regular room through the makemytrip app, i was given a standard queen loft room at the hotel. I requested a change because i was uncomfortable with the queen loft, but was told there were no other rooms available. As a result, i had to sleep on a sofa for all three nights of my stay. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, this was the worst hospitality experience i’ve ever had.
