A Pleasant 5 day stay at JW Marriott

We recently stayed at the JW Marriott Singapore and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step inside, with its elegant décor and thoughtfully designed spaces. The staff provided top-notch service, being both attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly.

The property’s location is perfect, the staff are very courteous and helpful. We had requested for an early check in and were delighted to find the rooms were ready on arrival. The breakfast spread was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location of the hotel is good. Room is fab. View from the room is breath taking. Rates are slightly on the higher side but value for money. A special mention for the housekeeping staff. Out of the world. Haven't seen a room so well maintained. Keep it up folks.

Lots of hidden charges. I booked a suite room for four person but they charged 1000sgd extra for extra person name

Very average experience at the jw marriott singapore to start off i had paid for triple occupancy with breakfast while booking but yet they charged me with an extra person fee
