Location and housekeeping was good. Front desk staff were not always helpful. Contacting reception from the room was impossible

I was booked here for 3 + 5 nights, the first 3 nights was an avg experience with the room. The next they put me in a corner tiny room with even more tiny bathroom with no place to even keep my shampoo bottle or bath soap, water flowing out from the shower area. No space to even turn around inside the bathroom.

Not worth the money

Rooms were good, but the view was pathetic! room service was not prompt. Breakfast spread was limited for vegetarians ! automatic checkin machines were not identifying face scan and there was long queue to checkin. No sitting facility at lobby ! overall, not worth the price and definitely not worth luxe category

The staff lacks empathy, hotel is meant only for official use and stay. Limited options for family leisure stay.

Suffocating rooms with too much smell . Basin are chocked very frequently , room service came for formality did clear the room properly . Overall very bad experience

Hotel is not worth about money they are charging. Customer care service was pathetic which improved after written complaint only. Until no body listened to my verbal complaints thrice.

The stay in orchard hotel was amazing, the rooms were extremely clean and cozy. The food was amazing too with lot of options for indians as well. The staff was very humble and the best hospitality.

I stayed for 3 nights, i was there on 31 st dec and they host a good event in lobby which was very good, me and my kids had enjoyed a lot. Hotel was nice with gr8 location, nearby all shopping centers, 7 eleven and all fast food joints. Room was good in sizes,

Property is located at orchard road which is the shopping destination of singapore. It's a site to behold during christmas time. In addition- hotel staff was very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet spread is also very elaborate. Overall, a great hotel to stay with easy connectivity to all singapore attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Located on the posh Orchard Road, the hotel is easily accessible and we could find people from many nationalities staying there. There is a lot of automation and control so it seems quite safe and convenient - restricted use of lifts controlled by room card, wifi basis room details, etc. The check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff is very friendly, considerate and professional. Room service was also very responsive. Breakfast is having a nice spread and the food is tasty and good quality. Very happy in choosing this hotel for our Singapore vacation.

5 nights stay at orchard hotel singapore

Good hotel to stay on orchard road at reasonable price. Mrt station is far away but bus stand is near. Breakfast is good with 4 to 5 vegetarian dishes. Rooms are spacious. Had no issues staying in these 5 days.

Hotel located on prime locations. Orchard road is famous for retail outlets. Hotel rooms are much spacious with all modern amenities. Breakfast is very good, their are lots of options. Like it.
