The rooms are extremely small for the price. Interestingly they have only one category of room. Difference between standard and deluxe is just the floors. Rooms on floor 2 are standard and others are deluxe! they dont provide water bottles in the room, neither they have any provision to fill your bottle. Rather they expect to drink from the sink tap which is in the bathroom next to toilet! disgusting. The hot water is never hot enough during day time. At night and early morning its just luke warm. Dont expect any toiletries in the room. There’s one shower gel/soap dispenser in the bathroom, dental kit, toilet paper and bath towel. Thats it! staffs need some knowledge about their own hotel infrastructure and customer behaviour especially the one at night. Attitude and ignorance is built in. The only reason i believe they still get bookings is due to their location and nothing good about the property.

The location of the hotel is very nice, located near all the touristy places. The room size is a bit small, which was misguided by the pictures.

The wifi is kind of really bad. Location is great as you are right on the promenade, you can get to all the spots in carke quay. The hotel is also close to mart. Hotel feels dated

The worst stay i have ever done in my life. They didn’t even provide us water and room size was too small. Very poor bedding and even untidy and old towels were provided

I found and booked this property through make my trip. Amenities were good, but there is no restaurant within the hotel. Service is also good, but you can't take a single bottle of water without paying.

I had a wonderful stay at robertson quay hotel. The location is fantastic, right by the river with beautiful views and easy access to great dining and entertainment options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Overall, a great experience and i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting singapore.

The location is good. The rooms are really small and the ac system needs maintenance. Even when i asked for one more room key, they were charging for it.

Hotel beds are not comfortable in the sense light and movable as well room’s are very very tiny and no space even to move across the bed to the bathroom

Robertson quay hotel is strategically located in the heart of singapore. Adjacent to the river, it has walking distance access to clarke quay, boat quay and of course the robertson quay. Flawless check-in and every request was promptly fulfilled. Very cordial staff. Stayed there for 15 nights and it was like a temp home. The building is old and has a round shape, we were on 9th floor, overseeing the river. Loads of variety of restaurants are available. Evening jog on the riverside is a treat. Hotel has a beautiful swimming pool. All in all, full value for money. Must stay.

Make my trip looted me, i stayed an extra night with much lesser fee. You are running a scam with all the farzi offers. Mm t charges 13k per night and hotel charges 10k

Appreciated for the assistance. Stay was good @ robertson quay. Personally i enjoyed the ambience of this stay. Very friendly staff and clean in place. I felt the room could have been a little bigger in size. I found it very compact. Rest all good thank you. Keep it up!
