We were able to walk everywhere from this location, it was safe and the communication to the property manager was great (he gave his cell number so we could reach for him for anything needed along the way)! there was a little grocery store right before the apartment which made getting food/drinks for the apartment super easy. would definately stay here again!

Very Clean, excellent location, good communication
Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings. Hanging racks and drawers for clothing is adequate. Full size fridge and fully stocked kitchen was nice to have. Also washer/dryer combo was in kitchen -which we used once. There was also a drying rack. A dining table with 4 chairs. Hair dryers and lots of plug were convenient. They came several times to clean and provide fresh towels. We communicated through WhatsApp -which I highly recommend to have on your phone. Tour groups also use this in Europe to communicate. No view, but we were not in room that much. Beautiful park square is located right around the corner. Close to Boqueria Market on Las Ramblas. I would stay here again!

donna.friendsJan 04, 2024 The flat would have been fine if the windows where not covered by a non see through sticker , there was no hot water in the second bathroom one day the elevator disn work and there was no soup in the one bathroom that had hot water. It was nothing like advertised.
Place was amazing. Close to everything. Very neat, clean and well organized. Personal were very helpful. Even helped us with our luggage. Definitely will came back when ever we are in area back again.

I rented two apartments for 3 nights. Both apartments were located on the top floor of a building separate from where you check-in. The only lift they had to take us to the rooms fit only one person and one personal item. Very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. If you are traveling with anyone who requires a wheelchair or a walker, the lift is completely inaccessible and I would not recommend this property. There were stairs you had to take in order to get to the lift. I was traveling with four elderly adults who had difficulty accessing the apartments.
The apartments themselves were spacious, however, they are in an old building. One of the apartments faced the street with no insulation so we could hear all the street noise all night. If you end up with this unit, I can guarantee no sleep unless you come prepared with earplugs. The second apartment had toilet sewage issues. The smell was so unbearable we couldn't use one of the restrooms.
I booked through Expedia and was guaranteed one price in my confirmation but ended up paying more at check-in. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the discrepancy with Expedia and took a "not our fault" attitude.
The area itself is very busy. On our second day outside of the apartment, we saw someone attempt to rob a woman.
Overall, the stay was below average. After coming from a wonderful hotel stay in Madrid, this was disappointing. There are so many better places to stay in Barcelona, I recommend you avoid this one.
Excellent service and fantastic communication. Excellent location and wonderful advice and help. Easy checkin and checkout. Apartment great size with everything you need. Only advice apartment could do with a little upgrade and modernisation.
Nice apartment in a great location
Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. The entrance is literally on La Rambla and it is an easy walk to several attractions. The apartment had a kitchen and washer/dryer which was useful. We also had a nice outdoor patio which was a bonus. There is a small elevator and a few narrow winding stairs to reach the apartment, which some people might find inconvenient. But we found it quirky and fun. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. They helped arrange a cab when we needed. They graciously held our luggage in the office and readied our apartment a couple hours early at our request. The only issue we faced was that the entrance was difficult to locate. There are two locked gates to negotiate and there is only a very small board at the entrance. Also, the website said we could reserve and pay at the time of the stay but it turned out that they require atleast one night of the stay paid in advance in order to hold the reservation. Overall we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

bianca.family_with_childrenJun 29, 2023 The building and surroundings are not clean they don’t match the pictures shown in advertisement also it’s not fully accessible, there is an elevator after first floor but it’s a one person elevator, however the actual apartment its clean and comfortable.
I would STRONGLY suggest you ask for PHOTOGRAPHS of the apartment you WILL be staying in!

I loved the location and rooftop terrace. It was great to be able to view a spire of Gaudi’s while I did dishes! Also the apartment is so close to the Metro.
Luckily we are short and had no issues with our particular apartment, but had my husband been with us (6’2”), he would have had a really difficult time with the low ceilings. I’m sure all apartments aren’t like this though.

Roomy, quiet, and right on La Rambla. Our room came with a terrace overlooking the non-stop action 4 flights below and the tower of Gaudi's Guell Palace in view. Nicely equipped kitchen, awesome shower and huge bath towels, slept 4 comfortably. Very good coffee a few doors down and beautiful Placa Reial steps away. Entry to Barri Gothic and the Born neighborhood a short walk. Only quibble is flat pillows. Would rent again.
